For a reasonably priced meal that consistently satisfies. All of their food is very good, but their BBQ chicken breast is the highlight every time. Portion sizes are huge. My teen boys barely finish their 3 item combo. I get a solid 3 meals out of my 2 item combo. The food is always reasonably fresh at the buffet, and their cook-to-order items come out reasonably quickly. Their family meal combos are a great deal for larger families.

It's best to take the food to go. The interior is clean but worn and could use a spruce up. It would have been a great place to get a COVID grant/loan to improve the dining area. I have no idea why they keep the front door open (perhaps for ventilation?) which let's in traffic noise from the street.

The staff is efficient, very courteous, and generous with their serving sizes. They are willing to help you figure out what you want and will give you a sample of the buffet items if you want a taste before ordering. As soon as they see an item getting low, they order fresh. Most do the change out properly by trading pans and putting the remains of the previous pan on top, but one girl last week put the new on top of the old. I mentioned this to the other server who said she would train her properly. Our food is always hot, but I would also like to catch them putting a thermometer into the food every so often to verify the temp. In our 10 years of eating there, we have never gotten sick...

Okay let me start by saying the customer service here is AMAZING!!! The employees are so sweet, generous, and patient. I walked in and spent 10 minutes trying to decide what I wanted because everything looked so good and there were so many options! They even said that if any of the items were low on food or finished, they can make more (and this was right before closing so they really didn’t need to be this generous). Now on to the DELICIOUS food!! They packed all our trays past the brim and it was all for less than $8!!!!! It was definitely like five pounds of food per tray, and the price blew my mind. I was so excited to try everything, and every taste exceeded my expectations! The food was AMAZING from the chow mein to the fried rice to the broccoli beef to the curry chicken. My mouth is watering just thinking about it again. Absolutely loved this location, they deserve all the customers in the world! Thank you for such a good experience, will be back...

This is one of my favorite American Chinese food spot in the east bay. You will know why this place is popular when the server does everything she can to stuff more food in your container. My wife was murmering "I think that's enough" as the server was packing all the meat and she rarely ever says that. Overall, great bang for your money here.

Plus they have shrimp with lobster sauce that's not in the menu. I come from east coast and it was my bread and butter dish but it seems hard to find in west coast. So seeing a place serve it was a deal breaker for me.
