Worst location I'n entire calfornia area So I know people don't even care
About my review I order 15 boneless winges 10 Thai curry And 5 new honey ranch And I also ordered chicken wrap And My wife order 10 traditional garlic parmasin cheese And garden salad
My daughter add food from kids' menu mac and cheese And my old daughter ordered some kind of sandwich
So i.told the waitress to review the order and she did
But I have points on my Buffalo wild app 15 traditional wings free So I told the waitress can u pls add 5 more traditional wings instead of 10 for my wife order so it's can be free Because we have points
And so when the all food came to table the boneless wings which i order are wrong they serve me traditional wings instead of boneless wings
So she took the wings back and in just under five minutes the she bring the boneless wings back to my table and it's unimaginable for me to eat the wings not even chewable so i told her can u pls do.something with wings She told me I talk with my manager
Guess what happened
When I got .my bill
They charged us wrong
So.look at .my bill they keep charging etc 15 wings bonless And 10 wings etc traditional
I told to waitress instead of 10 traditional wings add 5 .more make it 15 traditional wings so I can free
And.the wings which order its unchewable 15 boneless Wings
I told her why u charging us double we order only 15 boneless wings And 15 traditional wings
In my bill they add 10 wings traditional and 15 boneless Etc
So manager not understand I told them I ordered 15 boneless wings which she bring it's wrong for me And my wife order 10 traditional wings which I changed in 2 .min from 10 traditional to 15 traditional so I could be free she waste my 35 min
Probably high school drop out doesn't how to figure the math Manager donot care finally she figure out we only order 15 boneless Wings And 15 traditional wings
The wings which she bring it for me at the first time the wrong she charging also which I send it back
And she also charging for 10 traditional wings which I told her instead of 10 add 5 more make it 15 so it's should be free Because I have points Here is the another receipt I never going. Back to this wrost.location again Manger is no helpfull employee are lazy even it's slow locaton

Read moreI’d bet my bottom dollar that this location is franchised, but it’s ruining the reputation of the national BWW brand. Wings, beer, sports. Seems simple enough, but this location has been 0 for 3 on execution so far.
My first experience at this location was on Super Bowl Sunday. We preordered wings 3 days in advance and showed up at our slotted time to pick up. The scene was complete chaos when we arrived. Hundreds of other customers in line who had also preordered, and nothing was coming out of the kitchen. I could go on with a couple examples of poor customer service execution while we waited in line, but won’t rub it in. We used a gift card for our preorder and were never reimbursed even though our order never came out. High demand for chicken wings on Super Bowl Sunday - who could’ve seen that coming?
My most recent experience was last Saturday. Thought we would stop in for some March Madness and have a couple beers. Walked in to see zero basketball on any TVs, and the Miller Lite tap was out. Good start. Several customers were asking for basketball games to be put on the TVs. It was as if we’d asked for a rocket to be launched into space. Waitresses, bartenders, management - no one could get it done. We even tried to spoon feed them the 4 channels that needed to be on in whatever mix of TVs they could muster the strength to change. It was a total disaster. Finally, 2 of the TVs were changed to basketball. So we enjoyed 45 min of basketball alongside some home improvement show and got the heck out. I had planned on staying for 4-5 hours to enjoy the afternoon’s action. Managers avoided eye contact and the waitress acted as if the situation was “close enough”.
Hint: people aren’t coming to this restaurant for a fine dining experience. We’re looking for you to execute 3 things well - Wings, beer, and sports. This location has ruined the BWW experience for me and I encourage others stay...
Read moreWow, BWW really deleted my original review. You guys are unprofessional. BWW is refusing to reimburse my organization for a fundraiser done in October 2018 — LAST YEAR.
Update: still haven’t received fundraising check for over 7 months. BWW is scamming organizations that do fundraisers for them. I have called & emailed so many individuals who claim the check has been sent only to find out that it hasn’t been. No one is making any effort to situate this. They really don’t care about customer service. I don’t understand why it’s okay for BWW to delay a check of over $300+ when we brought them business.
I even submitted a claim and they never got back to me. They really don’t follow up with anything. This is a disorganized business. It is greedy to expect us to bring you business but then never pay us back for it when an agreement form was filled out. I am trying to be patient but they continuously claim they’re “working on it” and giving multiple excuses while ignoring me for weeks on end.
And now you guys are deleting reviews from people because they’re negative. Why don’t you work on being professional and you won’t get these negative reviews. It’s here for a reason. Ridiculous.
And if you guys respond to this with “please call our support at XXX-XXX-XXXX” that just proves you guys couldn’t care less and are simply trying to save face. Don’t even bother because I’ve called months ago and y’all still didn’t...
