normally have great service here but i tried to return a broken product less than a week after purchase and was told nothing could be done, after waiting an extra day because staff told me the owner needed to be there. so i came the next day, exactly when told by previous staff, and the woman working told me it had been too long (it had been five days, my product functioned properly for three days) and she could not replace or refund my product. she didn’t even take it to see if it was broken. i told her the charging port was not working and she suggested i could have spilled water in it or done something to damage it— if she would have looked at it, it would have been clear that the device still functions but does not charge, so i could not have damaged it. extremely disappointed after several years of patronage and will not...

The guy working there got on the phone with the owner and said if I was willing to wait 5 minutes, the owner would come in and double check their inventory in the back.
