Hopefully this was just an anomaly. Came in last week and the small lobby was really crowded with little room for spacing because they shut off the dining room. Not suggesting that it should have been open for eating, just for a place for people waiting to place or pick up their orders. They have about 6 kisoks for self-placing orders but I don't think there is even close to 6 feet between them and it is already in a small area where people are waiting to place orders with a cashier and waiting for order pick up. It's made even smaller than normal by the self-serve drink area being corded off with an employee there filling drink orders. Then the kiosk where I placed my order did not have any receipt paper. Although someone kindly got me a receipt from elsewhere, I did not see anyone trying to fix the situation for the next person. Also, I have never felt that McDonald's ever shorted me on an order or fries but hey, if you pay almost $4 for a large, you don't expect it to be about 2/3 full. Read moreI have visited this location a few different times since it is one of the one restaurant still open past 11pm. Each time I have had horrible costumer service and was treated more like a nusince than anything. Last night was the second time I’ve gone in with cash gotten to the kiosk Which told me debt cards only so I go to the register and wait. I sat there waiting for at least 8 to 9 min before finally a gentleman pops around a corner and yells at me to use the kiosk I try to tell him the kiosk said cards only but he didn’t believe me to I walked up to one and showed him the screen where it said no card at this time . He then turned and walked back into the back mean while people are ordering at the kiosk gettin they’re food and leaving while I’m still waiting to order. It was another 5ish min before he came back up front reluctantly and took my order. Another night they straight up told me no cash cards only. Like what happened to cash is king. I can only imagine what corporate would think if they saw employee turning away paying customer because they didn’t want to type orders into the registers. That’s they’re job but...
Read moreThere was this elderly black lady ordering food every 30 minutes and management told her she had been there too long she needed to leave. I scanned the room during my 1hr dine in experience and observed a mid 30 year old caucasian man who exhibit the same behavior but did not recieve the same treatment as the eldery lady. I asked the manager who stated his name was Ricardo why was he kicking her out when she is ordering food and he could not justify his reasoning other than shes been there for 5 hours ordering food every 30 minutes. His actions are discriminatory and caused a disruption of onlookers who disagreed with his treatment of the elderly lady due to the fact that she was still a paying customer.It reflects negatively on the McDonald franchise and mistreatment of the elderly possibly homeless minority women due to the fact that he allowed a younger guy do the exact same (without the man purchasing anything) but did not reciprocate the same repercussions towards the younger...
