Starbucks — Restaurant in San Luis Obispo

My husband & I were here on 10/12/22 at 10:11 am, and had a terrible experience with the barista worker who was very rude and very unprofessional. I had just visited this Starbucks the day before and had wonderful service and my coffee was great. Came back this next day, 10/12/22, and had a horrible time since the barista working that day refused to make me the correct drink I had ordered. I had only questioned her on how she made it since I immediately could tell after first sip it wasn't right. After trying to pull it out of her how she made my drink, she finally told me she put 12 pumps of chocolate in my drink!! How horrible is that. I can't believe she did that. It was like pulling teeth to get her to remake it with the regular amount of 6 pumps. She remade it but she didn't want to, but still refused to make it correctly. It was so nasty!! I ended up leaving with a nasty drink and didn't get what I had ordered or paid for. She was horrible and we will never return. She was very rude and all I wanted was the drink I had ordered. It was a very unpleasant experience. We will never return to this Starbucks. We drove out of our way to go to a different Coffee house...

I am a regular and went in today and got my usual white mocha with salted Carmel cold foam and paid $7.25 for the add on charge for the xtra cold foam, and they were swamped busy so it took a little longer for my drink and I get it. But I walked out and noticed that there was no cold foam and I told the barista that I paid 1.25 more for cold foam but got whip cream instead of the cold foam, and the lady doing the hot foods argued that it was cold foam, I didn’t wanna be a Karen but I was cause it’s my weekly treat and your gonna charge me but try to cheat me and then tell me I’m wrong when I get the same drink all the time! I know the color and the taste and it was whipped whip cream with salt not the cold foam so she snatched the cup and said it will be a few. So rude! I didn’t complain my mobile order said 9-10 min ready time when realistically 25 min at least! But I was patient with them, but then to get that tude...

I ordered from the online option and when I picked up my coffee I noticed there was actually no shots of espresso like I ordered. It was pretty much just milk and caramel. So instead of trying to have them remake it I asked to by a shot of espresso on the side. The gentleman at the register was great and got me my shot for a dollar with a smile. The girl with black hair making the coffees came up with a rude tone and ugly face and said you have to charge the correct amount several times over in front of me the customer and everyone else who could here. Then I felt bad for the young man who was trying to make up for her short coming. This was at 9am on Wed the 1st of June. She has long black hair and a Cap on.
