Chuy Is SO RUDE. Me and my mom walked in there and got a plate. She’s like “what can i get for you” hearing our order and making an online order at the same time so my mom was just gonna wait till she was done so the only word she got out was fried rice and before she can even mouth chow mein chuy was so l rushed she made both sides fried rice. Read moreI had a disappointing experience with Lizbeth L during my recent visit. From the moment we walked in, she completely ignored us. There was a severe lack of eye contact, making us feel unwelcome. When I politely asked about a military discount, she raised a finger in a dismissive manner, which was quite rude. To top it off, the discount was never applied to our bill. Lizbeth also rushed through serving our food without asking if we needed any condiments or extras. Overall, the service was subpar and left a lot to be desired. I rarely leave bad reviews because i don’t like to be a Karen but I felt like this time it was needed. I work in the customer service industry as well and I know some days can feel exhausting but there is no need to take that out on customers, especially if they are respectful.
