Love this place and am very happy with my new hoist that I rigged up with a 12v 16amp\h battery to move heavy items from one balcony to another at my house. I have it double pullied to distribute the weight into two pillars at my house, which is more for the house then the motor because it has no problems at all so far. I'll rate them a five based on the staff alone. Was actually at Home Depot across street but they didn't have what I wanted. So I thought I'd give Harbor freight a shot. Such a kewl store to just browse in. Major savings with quality products too! One of the clerks wouldn't help show someone where the items they wanted were. Too lazy to walk across the store and the customer asked him repeatedly to come show him and all he would do is point and say it is over there.
