Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Pablo

The service as far as ordering and paying isn't bad at all, they're actually pretty friendly employees. The only problem I run into basically every time is that they either don't put everything in the bags that I ordered and im missing one to three items per visit. The other alternative problem is that they forget an item or two but somehow give me two to four items I never ordered. So it's like... do I wanna go back or just take what they gave me? Sometimes I just say screw it and take what they added and just chalk up the things they forgot... it probably is about the same money wise... I frequent theaters. I went to this one. They sold me a ticket for the wrong time. The movie quit playing in the middle of it because it said there was nobody in the theater. Getting money back never happened. They gave me a comp ticket. But it didn't equal amount that I paid just for the movie that I saw. They made it like it was my fault that they sold me the wrong movie time ticket. Management is horrible, I ended up actually calling the main number on the website during the movie because we ha missed 10 min of it while they tried to fix the problem they created. Went here to pick up my mobile order and asked if my sandwich can be toasted and food hot. The manager screamed and said ma'am, I said excuse me. She said loudly with an attitude we toast all the bread and you ordered 8 minutes ago. I get to the window and she says you always have a problem when you come here. Don't come back. I didn't take my order.
