Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Pablo

I'm not on anyone's side, but IF BIG IF, You! Want respect from any business show respect. I seen a bunch of people go and order and they act like the employees owe them something. Smh you get what you give. Like this comment down here I'm not hating on the brotha or sis but damn look at your receipt...you order 1 item and it looks like you're real picky. Why not just make your own damn food. I tell you this much if I ever worked at ony place like this I wouldn't make u ish. Lmao no wonder they didn't want to help you give them a hard time they will mess with you at any place. The only thing I don't like about this place is that they rush to give you the food and they don't ask what hot sauce you want. They could be better at their service. But some customers order one little item and expect the best service. Go to ana fancy place you'll get that. They ain't racist they are just giving you what you gave them. I wish they could post their side of the story. I don't work for any food franchise but I do know that the customer aint always right. You should type the entire conversation here as it happened. I'm sure you weren't that nice either. Also I'm not saying that some ain't racist cause every race has racist brown yellow black white even magnolia...

The service at this Taco Bell location was very unprofessional and unpleasant. They are utterly useless. Also, in my opinion, it is racially motivated. They provided poor service when they noticed someone with black complexion. Taco Bell's standard has dropping so badly. If I don't feel welcome somewhere, I guess I'll just stop shopping there. I think this is a serious problem in California going unnoticed. Very sad and disturbing. Shame on Taco Bell.

I walked in wanted to use the restroom but before I ordered I simply wanted to wash my hands which I think was a great idea before putting my hands on a touch screen. You don’t know where peoples hands have been before..

I ask her if could used the restroom and She just yelled at me saying you have to buy something first. I have been to other locations and never had this issue before.

I went on to order with my unwashed hands after that I was allowed to use taco bell restroom. That was so low and disgusting 🤢. Shame on...

This Taco Bell in This location is clean and maintained very well. Although, I like the Mexican American Fast Food, it can never replace the authentic meals made by authentic Spanish cooks. Now a days if your well prepared with ingredients then it could be a thin line between fast food taco bell and fast food street vendor. I like the street vendors but I'd rather support the an establishment who's already gone through the hoops and that are paying taxes just like you and I. With that said and shared, Every time I stop by I can never shy away from their chaluppas. They have a few different kind but all of them are very tasty and never boring to the taste bud. The place is hardly crowded and that's because more people are going to the drive thru. Walking in is no different than driving thru. Ordering inside is now with a kiosk but if you prefer ordering with a human touch by all means walk up to one of the lazy workers that's behind a register...
