Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Pablo

HORRIBLE MANAGERS, WRONG ORDER TWICE! WAISTED TIME AND MONEY, NOT LEFT SATISFIED Went there a Friday, got the new chicken sandwich and mini tacos because they were out of regular tacos and I usually order that so I didn’t know what to get, I told the lady to give me a second to order and I will tell her when I’m ready, but she kept rushing me and asking me every 5 seconds if Im ready to order, first off unprofessional and rude knowing their out of tacos they should give people time to order and she was saying it at a rude manor. They repeated my order and I paid, they forgot my sandwich and they didn’t even give me the correct mini tacos. I did a online complaint and the store manager calls me to come in the following Monday to get the correct order. I go on Monday which was yesterday and again wrong order! The guy asked if I needed to pay for my 4 tacos I ordered on the side and she was so rude and replied “yes make her pay!” In a rude manner, they are so greedy and they can’t even make sure I leave with a good experience. They not only waisted my time, they waisted gas, and my patience. I made a complaint again and the same manger calls me and acts smart with me saying I should have been specific with what sandwich and not “the new chicken sandwich” and on top of that they’re so greedy with their food?! The worst Jack in the box! Go to any other one because they are way nicer and give your orders right. Leave me alone!! The ability for any company to send me messages on my cell phone because I drove by their place of business or I did business with them, is freaking too much!!! I was driving my taxi. It was early in the morning. I brought two drunk Mexicans to the casino and I went in the Drive-Thru and the fish sandwich was so good; but did I really need to be eating that right then? No!, I just wasn't feeling good so I ate one of the fish sandwiches and some of the fries and a few sips of the soda and when I got back to the city I gave it away to a homeless guy. I love fish sandwiches and it really wasn't a bad fish sandwich, probably pretty good, but it was a bit overcooked not unlike the fish sandwiches that I usually get at Burger King which used to have the "BIG FISH",which was really big and now they're big fish sandwich is pretty damn small but not as small as McDonald's filet o' fish which is way overpriced for what you get but still does taste really good and is usually cooked correctly. I love jack n the box ,but let me tell you the late night shift to this particular restaurant the one in the shopping center by the Ross has the rudest people working . It's late night I understand you have to deal with all types of people ,but being in any work field you have to work professionaly be it being a lawyer or a cash register at a fast food joint . Well not here the lady taking the order in drive thru has to be the most rudest person that has ever taken my order . While being asked if ready to order ,I felt rushed after asked if ready ! I literally order the wrong thing " nervous" . Once at the window the lady hurried me to pay ,while in the background the other workers used lots of profanity listening to loud hip hop music they woke up my 5yr old daughter ,as she slept and let me tell you I love jack n the box there prices and food is perfect and right for my taste buds and budget. My baby woke up crying scared because once at the window ,the music and loud responses from the workers frightened my little girl. To the point I will not be returning to this particular place day or night or ever ,it made me feel nervous,scared on top of that my baby was scared and now when we drive by any jack n the box she starts to cry saying no daddy no.
