Horrible experience and not the first time at this location. I did a mobile order to make sure my cold brew would be ready by the time I got there. My daughter had ordered a pastry too. When we get there our orders are not ready. My daughter asked the manager about our order and she gives her her pasty and then tells her that they don't have the ingredients to make my cold brew and that she would just make me an iced coffee. When my daughter told me this, I said no and to just ger me a refund because the iced coffee is not the type of cold brew that I wanted. When my daughter went back with my phone to get the refund they made her get back in line instead of taking care of her right away. At that point I decided to go up and tell them that I needed a refund since I did a mobile order, waited for over 15 minutes and then only after my daughter asked about our order was told they didn't have the ingredients to make the cold brew and now they are making us get in line and wast more time to get the refund. I told them this was not the first time this store is out of ingredients and that they needed to do a better job taking inventory and restocking before they run out of there coffee essentials. I also expressed to them that this was a total inconvenience and that I would probably be late to work. The girl at the register by the name of (Maria) decides to get into the conversation that the manager and I were having by telling me that to hurry because my discussion was making things longer. I explained to her that this was on ongoing problem with this store and that it needed to be addressed. She then tells me "so don't come back here any more". I told her that that wouldn't fix the problem and that she was being extremely rude. I proceeded to tell her that if that's how she felt about customers and she didn't care about her job or place of work that she had no business working there. While this was going on, not once did the manager step in to tell (Maria) anything. I ended up asking the manager if she allows her employees speak to customers that way. She asked me "how"? I knew she was hearing everything since she was standing next to (Maria) but wanted to act like she was oblivious to what was going on. I told the manager what (Maria) had said and get response was "sorry about that". She never looked at (Maria), told her anything or address the entire issue at hand. I am extremely disappointed at Starbucks for not checking up on there stores as they should and for hiring these type of people that are rude, oblivious and with their don't care attitudes.    Read moreFirst of all, this location DOES NOT HAVE A DRIVE THROUGH as indicated. Went to this location second as the first one i went to up the road had a drive through BUT it was closed. At this point, I just needed my coffee so I had to go inside. No greeting as I walked in and waited for someone to take my order (no one in line in front of me). When it was my turn, I was told there was no cold brew, which was my first choice. I went with my second, the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso and a chocolate croissant. One star for the croissant. Needed it to be a Venti to last me through the rest of the day. I was in a rush so once they made my drink I got into the car to go to work. To my surprise, turns out my VENTI was just ICE and a sprinkle of coffee!! I barely made it onto the freeway and I had already finished my VENTI COFFEE after a few sips. If I wanted water, I would've ordered it. But I needed coffee. And for $7 a drink, you would think it would be quality! There wasn't even enough coffee in there to fill a tall cup!
