Always pleasure to come and get a cup of great coffee. What I like about it is that it is operated by an owner. I am always happy to support self employed people. I really like White chocolate Caramel Latte; great drink, but keep in mind it comes out really sweet. Russian cookies are always great. I have been coming here for over 15 years; always great quality and service. RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OVER ANY STARBUCKS SHOPS.

This place never really had it going on. I have been going in here for years and years, and it was always the same, old tired people watching the money in your wallet and never looking in your eyes trying to make a connection. Matter of fact, they try to minimize the contact they make with you in order to shuffle your through the register.

This is the way of yesternomics, and anyone cogent will not disagree.

I know our culture over celebrates underachievement, but people deserve the truth in a truth starved society, even if only for the fact they just once don't want to be lied to.

I would have given this place one star had it not been for the corporate standards Gloria Jeans franchisees must comply with. But the people that have been here the longest are simply "retail exhausted" and the minimum in customer service interactions they can provide to get to your money and get to the next nickel and dime they do.

It's as if the old 'you'll take what we give you' standard of business culture were present, and these people never chose to step into the future in just about any way.

Wish I could say better, but I don't want to lie to you. You will get a decent cup of coffee here, and even a blended drink, but don't expect to be seen as anything other than money for their small, retail...
