The associates at this store are rude and unpleasant. Don’t shop at this location.
I had purchased a jacket on sale online, but the sale was not final. The associates and manager insisted that the sale was final and that “I missed the notice online” and “I should have known it was final.” As other reviews mentioned, they acted like they were doing me a favor to accept the return, even though my return slip said nothing of the sale being final AND clearly showed that I requested the refund to the original form of payment. They belittled me, made me feel stupid and embarrassed as they insisted I was incorrect.

I cannot rave enough about how helpful she was at pulling new sizes, suggesting other options that accentuate our body types (5 of the 8 pieces we purchased were recommended by her), and generally making us feeling good/ empowered!
