The associates at this store are rude and unpleasant. Don’t shop at this location.

I had purchased a jacket on sale online, but the sale was not final. The associates and manager insisted that the sale was final and that “I missed the notice online” and “I should have known it was final.” As other reviews mentioned, they acted like they were doing me a favor to accept the return, even though my return slip said nothing of the sale being final AND clearly showed that I requested the refund to the original form of payment. They belittled me, made me feel stupid and embarrassed as they insisted I was incorrect.

My sister and I visited yesterday with the expectation of maybe getting 1 thing each.. We left clear over $900 of beautiful items that we feel amazing in, all because of Shirley’s (Anthro sales associates) help!! I cannot rave enough about how helpful she was at pulling new sizes, suggesting other options that accentuate our body types (5 of the 8 pieces we purchased were recommended by her), and generally making us feeling good/ empowered! Like many others, I had a frustrating return experience at this Anthropologie location. I went in a few weeks ago to return an item I bought online, which wasn’t marked as final sale. However, the clerk insisted it was and said she could only refund it to a gift card, not the original payment method—making it seem like she was doing me a favor. I ended up returning it by mail and eventually received a refund, but it was minus the shipping cost.
