I had a 2pm appt. On Presidents’ Day and when we got there it was busy. There was a person who had just completed a transaction… didn’t really make eye contact and when I mentioned I was there for my 2pm appointment, she just said”just a minute” but never really made any effort to accommodate me. I must’ve been standing there for 5 minutes and this person didn’t really seem to care if I had an appt. RUDE! So then I approached another sales member. Alexandra was helping another customer, but she was very helpful and I told her I spoke to Jamelah on the phone…& Alexandra pointed her out, as Jamelah was also assisting another customer. That’s ok with me as long as there’s some kind of acknowledgment.
I also mentioned to both Jamelah and Alexandra about being there because a good friend, had purchased 2 sets of love sac for her new house. Didn’t know there was a referral program. Wish they had mentioned it! We didn’t complete the transaction because we had a 4pm appointment so we left. Later on I get a text message from a “Stacey” to try to complete our transaction. At this point I think “Stacey” is the person who chose to ignore me as I walked in…. But now she’s texting me to try to close out the sale. It left a sour taste in my mouth… because you should always treat every person who walk into your store with same courtesy. Anyway, we went ahead and completed the transaction. If I were rating the customer service, Alexandra and Jamelah deserve an “A”… Stacey will definitely get an “F” for ignoring me and not even acknowledging me as I stood there.
Biggest disappointment was not having Stacey be flexible and give my friend, her $100 refer a friend. She should do the math…. My friend bought 2 sets of love sac and including me, that’s 3 sales…& stacey is being stingy over a $100 referral because my friend didn’t fill it out after she purchased her lovesactional sets!!!! What’s $100 that will technically go back into their business??? Besides, lovesac never even bothered to mention their on-going promo in the first place!! Bad business decision there, Stacey...

Our sales person was Alexandra and she set an extremely high bar on customer service. She had us sold after five minutes, but we stayed an additional 50 minutes just because of the experience. It was like a cross between an Oprah giveaway and a mysteries reveal show; there was always something new and unexpected that you'll like. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product, helpful and not pushy.
The couch itself is amazing a definitely will take a beating from the kids. However, I'm not worried about the wear and tear because of the versality. If you're on the fence, I suggest you go in store. Sit on all the models and ask questions. The managers are all super...

Mike was fantastic -- I visited 5-6 times over a four month period as I conceptualized what I wanted to do. He patiently walked me through all of it, was super helpful in putting together a bill of goods, evaluating different fabrics and making sure I was comfortable with what I was buying. Could not have asked for a more customer-centric buying process and he was fantastic implementing it from start to finish.
As for the product itself -- INCREDIBLE. I had been searching for the right new couch for a year. This one is a no-brainer, especially because it's evergreen. If anything eventually wears out or gets damaged, you replace that small part, not the whole couch. Definitely recommend checking into what they have.
