You can sit outdoors, indoors, or at the bar. You’ll have a great time no matter where you are. Daly’s Pub is how bars should be. Daly’s Pub is the quintessential bar from TV shows and movies. It’s the place where you can spend 10 minutes or a few hours and you’ll feel like you belong there.

The entire staff does their jobs expertly. The bartenders are attentive, even when it’s super busy. The wait staff is chill and professional. The kitchen nails the dishes and makes you want to come back.

I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes. Unbelievable! The meat was so tender and so flavorful. This may be the best meatloaf I’ve ever had in my life. The mashed potatoes were also excellent and complimented the meatloaf wonderfully.

There are multiple entrances on either side of the building. This makes navigating in or out of the bar much easier. You don’t need to worry about people blocking a door or interrupting a conversation to enter/exit the pub.

The outdoor seating is covered, which helps encourage you to go outside on a hot day. You can watch the hustle and bustle of the street or turn around to take in the pier area and Lake Erie. Daly’s Pub is a highlight of downtown Sandusky. It’s an absolute...

One of my new favorites in Sandusky. We arrived and waited a while. Several people who worked there passed us and didn't say a thing to us. Eventually the bartender who was actually busy, came to us to seat us. The place is not much to look at. Kind of a typical bar that is disorganized looking with random seats and odd places to store stuff. If you are looking for ambiance, this is not the place. There was a browns game going on and they were blasting the TVs. But once again, it's a bar. We were pleasantly surprised at the prices for the food! We ordered and the food was also surprisingly fast to come out and our waiter, kept the refills coming faster than I would have ever expected for how busy it was. The food came out and I seriously had one of the best burgers I have had in the longest time. Perfectly cooked so flavorful!! Bravo!! The kids LOVED the chili. My husband LOvEd the pulled pork. Ok, we LOVED all of the food!! It was such a breath of fresh air to have a family meal that was so good for a good price with good service. And to find it in a pub! We will be definitely coming back next year when boating season starts...

Me and my wife were looking for some Irish food and atmosphere so we thought we would try Daly's out. First of all we had to do everything outside of standing on our heads to get service ! Once we did get service we felt like they were not paying one bit of attention to anything we had to say ! once our meal arrived it was just okay which was the steak sandwich. As we sat there trying to understand why in the world the music that was playing was everything minus Irish and was actually terrible....the menu was weak with little Irish food and with the music we had enough,, we had to again go up to let them know we wanting more drinks and we needed our bill ! I will never make the trip back to this place and its too bad since we drove forty five minutes to have everything be off the wall weird, food weak, service sucked. They need to pull the Irish theme and just go with a standard bar because...
