This location is the closest to Arby's corporate headquarters; thus my expectation was high. Of all my Arby's reviews this is the lowest. All of this is attributed to poor employee service. Tianna is obviously new but clearly needs more training before being on a register.
Had to repeat plain, no sauce no cheese 4x for her to understand.
Cashier does not know the product line. Asked what sandwiches came on a Hawaiian bun. She looked on the screen, turned around, never bothered to ask... I said never mind and finished the order.
Ordered a medium 32oz drink. Cashier gives me a 16/20oz cup. I asked for my medium cup she replied that was a medium. I replied I ordered a 32oz then let it go. The shift leader past by and asked him if my cup was a medium. He immediately corrected the situation.
Tianna is wandering aimlessly as my sandwich order sits in the chute for 7 minutes. She is communicating with a known customer while my order sits. Read moreWe frequent this Arby's regularly and normally they do a great job. Tonight however was another story. The lady that took my order made me aware that they might not have enough beef to make the sandwiches for my family. It took a few moments for her to find out. But, I applaud her for her communication skills. That was fabulous and I greatly appreciate communication. I went around to the front door and parked as instructed along with another individual. After about 8 minutes my food was being brought out to me by another lady. I said hello and received NO response. So, I went ahead and asked if it was my order (it could have been the other person's) but instead of being polite she just said, "Yeah." Good thing I was able to get the bag because I don't think she even acknowledged that I did or didn't have a hold of it. It could have ended up all on the parking lot. And, she just kept on walking. No Thank you, no have a nice night. How rude! Manners...manners...
Read moreWe waited five minutes before someone came from the back to help customers standing and waiting for their orders. The order taker seemed rushed, and she did not take the 25 % coupon off even though she verbally said she did (not on receipt). I was charged $4.19 for a large Orange Cream Shake and was given a small one. The order taker clocked out after she took our order and left.
The soda counter was sticky, and customers used napkins to clean it up, but it kept sticking to the counters. We would eat inside, but all tables were dirty and greasy, so we ate in our car in the parking lot.
I called the customer service line to complain, and they couldn't have cared less. When I told them how the order taker clocked out after she took our order, she said, "Oh, we'll check."
