I have had the absolute worst experience with this company and when I complained I was told that I am free to take my business elsewhere. In the first incident, I purchase a new home and for months I did not have any coverage on my home. Dayna Smith told me that her employee forgot to hit the submit button. After this I accepted her apology and kept my coverage with them.
