This is a strong showing of the Buchanan philosophy of QSR management. While it fits perfectly in the "Wendy's" box model, this one is exceptional for a couple of reasons.
Firstly it is aggressive about service--even going so far as to have a dedicated lobby manager who ensures that every customer is having an enjoyable experience and helps them feel welcome, from getting them extra ketchup to helping them resolve concerns without getting back in line.
Secondly, they are dedicated to the local service people in the military and civil service. Several awards and accolades can be seen displayed from local groups as well as Wendy's corporate. But more telling than these official recognitions are the crayon-coloured thank you letters from children that have been positively impacted by Steve and his staff giving both of their time and resources.

Everything listed was one singular order and I can only imagine how many others have been messed up prior. Read moreSo apparently if you get bad food and they give you a card towards replacing that food you better do it before the person who initialed the card is no longer employed there. This was just ridiculous! I was Leary of ordering the fish sandwich for a while because it was so bad. When I finally do I get three reasons why they wouldn't take care of a customer. First was the employee no longer works there, to which I say they should still honor it. Next I hear that the employee was "just giving these cards out" no I was given a horrible fish sandwich and couldnt stomach trying another that day , so there for I got the card.
