It is the first time that I've been to beans and brews coffee House in Salt Lake City Utah. It is quite a different experience to go and try some specialty coffee place compared to other franchise well known coffee houses in the country. One time, as I was taking care of business in The Beans & Brews Coffeehouse Toilet, I happened to fall in! I gasped and let out a shrill cry for help. However I have to assume at this point that nobody in that establishment has any idea how to make a cappuccino, or even what one is.
I can tell you what one isn't: putting a little bit of espresso coffee in a cup and filling up the entire rest of the volume of the cup with burnt milk, regardless of what size it is.
