The job of fast food is basically to provide fresh burgers and fries with good customer service. They seemed nice enough, but did not provide a receipt or even ask if we wanted one, which is always uncomfortable. Fries were cooked with burnt oil, were cold and were slid into a barely open container. Went elsewhere for fries they were so bad. Two napkins for a large fry, 5 chicken strips and three burgers. No offer of sauce for the nuggets. Y'all need to get it together. For those reading? Try somewhere else.

2nd time we,ve come here for late lunch drive through. Both times the California Classic Combo was advertised on the window as $5.99 but the receipt reads $6.99. We ordered 2 combos both visits. This time I asked and was told the manager hasn’t changed out the posters for the new year but I gave you extra ketchup, fry sauce and napkins. Fry were cold/old. The way I see it I should have an extra $4 but instead won’t be back. Staff was kind and we didn’t make a stink.

I work over at the Men's Wearhouse across the street and eat here all the time. Absolutely love all the workers and always have fun over here chatting with them. It's fast food so not the healthiest option, but they have some wonderful products. I usually end up getting chicken stars or chicken sandwich with criss cuts and it's always really good. Their shakes are amazing as well as their new handcrafted lemonade. I would highly recommend this place!

DO NOT EAT HERE. truly wish 0 stars was a thing. absolutely the worst most repulsive dine in experience I've ever experienced ordered a $15 meal and the order was confirmed multiple times before reaching the window. upon arriving home, my wife discovered that they had given her the complete wrong meal and then had to return back to get this corrected upon arriving and explaining the situation to the night shift manager, he continue to blow up on her yell at her major attitude all for the order that he handed out correctly. She simply asked to talk to a manager and he slammed the window and threw a bunch of attitude while handing out the order I was supposed to receive to begin with. I tried calling 4 times and the phone just rang and rang couldn’t even bother to pick it up I then returned to address his attitude towards my wife, and he continue to escalate and scream at me as a customer when I was coming to address his attitude to begin with. He then proceeded to deny any wrongdoing and any inaccuracy in the order that he handed out. I ordered an Diablo sandwich and received a crispy chicken sandwich. They are not at all sort of similar it was 100% handed out incorrectly. Then after proceeding to ask for general managers, contact information or when I could return to speak to her, I was told that I had to leave and never to come back. Also as I’ve read further through the reviews I have found multiple reviews including one from 6 months ago with pictures of this individual attached referencing this same behavior and treatment and months later obviously nothing has been done. so I called the following morning to speak with the general manager, who proceeded to ignore me and set the phone down and leave the line open while I was making my complaint and not respond to me whatsoever. so I decided to go into address this with her as well. All she said is that she'll talk to him and she can not offer me a refund or any or any disciplinary actions towards this employee out of fear of being sued. to have staff that represent the business this way, and then members of management that are backing it up and refusing to offer any sort of correction is repulsive. the bar for middle aged food service workers isn't very high but this establishment sure takes the cake in the most repulsive treatment ive ever experienced from a fast food industry. As others have said in their reviews this is clearly just another general manager and team members that doesn’t care about their store or their customer base. this experience truly...

Originally rated a 5 star 2 years ago, but coming back to revise down to a 2 star.

My wife and I have come to this location quite a few times over the last 2 years and it has become infamous for slow service and mistakes. Their food is good and the interior seems well kept, but the BIG issue comes down to time.

If we ever wanted to order from this location, we would check the drive-thru for any cars. If there were any cars, we would bail and go somewhere else because of how long the wait is just to get your own food, not to mention waiting for someone else to get theirs too. Typically we would come later in the evening so perhaps they are better staffed during the day, but it is almost unexcusable at a certain point. We'd get used to waiting around 30 minutes for our food even if there was nobody else in line.

This was taken to the extreme when one day we were first in line and a pile of cars came in behind us. We were directed to park in their lot and wait for the food to be brought out to us. As we waited, car after car would pull to the window, get their food, and leave. I get sometimes different orders take different amounts of time to cook, but eventually all the other customers had cleared out of the line and we were still sat waiting. Eventually after 45 minutes I got out of my car and went inside to see why the food wasn't ready. Turns out in the midst of some issues with their kitchen staff, our order was missed and they hadn't even started cooking it. I patiently waited another 15-20 minutes, now having been there over an hour, for them to start and finish cooking the food.

In the end, the guy at the front did offer to give a 50% refund, but when issuing the refund backed down to only 20% and threw in a couple cookies. Felt nowhere near proper compensation for the time and inconvenience, and after this terrible experience my wife and I agreed to stop dealing with their bad service. We haven't...

As someone mentioned before, avoid this one. Didn't provide a receipt and didn't even ask if I wanted one, I was thinking that it was in the burger bag but it wasn't.

First, it took me trying to explain that I wanted a single jalapeno burger, not the jalapeno thickburger, not the 6 dollar jalapeno burger, not the double or triple jalapeno burger for about a minute, she kept insisting "thickburger single?" and I kept saying, "no, not the thickburger, not the 6 dollar burger..."

In the end I should have just gotten one of them because they charged me $9.20 for a single jalapeno burger combo. When she told me the price at the window I figured she didn't know and just got me a thick or 6 dollar burger instead of what I asked, so didn't want to bother fighting again... but it was a single jalapeno burger combo which the cost is about $6.50 at most... but they didn't give me a receipt, so they charged me for a thickburger and gave me a single jalapeno.

I think this is the worst drive-through experience in 10+ years (not including a molca-salsa food poisoning back in SoCal), avoid this...
