Potentially deadly atmosphere. You could definitely get run over in a second in this parking lot. But no more than any other.

Am I supposed to do like a building inspection? Rate the pavement with a PCI score? Check drainage and or slope? Do a FOG inspection? ADA compliance?

How many people actually rate a shopping center/strip mall? And how many people decide on whether or not to visit a business, based on the rating of the shopping center it is in? I was going to go to Starbucks there, but I really don't like how they paint their parking lines and the pavement is too...

I loved the movie party monster and just like them my drug of choice was Special K. This is not the fabulous Chin Wah where we used to dine. We loved that place but its gone. Egg rolls were so over cooked they were almost black, pot stickers were cooked till they were tough as was the sweet and sour chicken. Flavor was missing from the egg foo young. We spent $150 for my wife's birthday as this was her favorite place. Not anymore. We are done. Total waste of money....
