I recently visited Pizzeria Limone, and it was a delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the casual yet elegant ambiance, with a cozy, modern design. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, which made ordering a breeze. The menu is diverse, with unique and creative pizzas that go beyond your typical choices. I tried their signature Limone pizza, topped with fresh mozzarella, lemon slices, basil, and prosciutto. It was a fantastic balance of flavors, with the lemon adding a surprising and refreshing twist to the savory toppings. The crust was perfectly thin and crisp, holding up well to the ingredients without feeling heavy or greasy. My friend ordered the Caprese pizza, which was equally impressive, with a delicious blend of tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. While the food was delicious, I’m giving it 4 stars rather than 5 because I felt the portion sizes were slightly smaller than expected for the price. Additionally, the restaurant was a bit crowded during peak hours, so it might be worth visiting at a quieter time. Overall, Pizzeria Limone is a great spot for anyone looking to enjoy quality pizza with a creative twist. I would highly recommend it to friends and family, and I’ll definitely be back to try more of their unique creations!

Great food. Chill atmosphere and there wasn't many people in there. I got the Pera and I love the fresh taste it has. My food came out like 60 seconds after I sat down too which was cool and I was in a pretty big party.

Pizzeria Limone is a Utah-based restaurant known for Neapolitan pizzas. The Ferrari is 100% the way to go if you like meat on your pizza. It's on the unofficial menu (it's online but I didn't see it onsite, but they make it), and it's fantastic. The crust, in particular, is excellent. The classico lemonade is really good, but no refills (which was a sticking point for me. I mean, refills on the lemonade move the four stars to five. Maybe it's dramatic, but when "limone" is in the name, I just think refills on a $3 drink should be part of the experience). I noticed when I walked in that this place attracts a female-dominant base. Nothing stood out to cause that, but I want to set the record straight that men can enjoy a good Neapolitan pie too, even if Dave Portnoy doesn't. Overall, it's great pizza, but definitely a place you dine in as opposed to take out.

First the good. Fantastic tasting pizza. I tried a few different menu items, and all were great.

Now the bad. I used GrubHub to have my 1st order delivered. My order arrived with one of the main entrees missing which would be hard to miss by both Limone's employees as well as the GrubHub employee. When I called the restaurant they said yes, we missed the item, but you can come pick it up. Well, I already paid a delivery fee, and tipped $5 prior to the delivery in hopes of good service. I had to settle with Grubhub in getting a refund for the missing items, but would've hoped the restaurant had a better contingency plan in place rather than have only two options, my picking up what they missed, or getting a refund for the missed items. Truly should've just been a full refund because there wasn't enough food to feed all mouths that night and getting out wasn't an option. Have a better system in place Limone for when your employees make errors. Getting the food to me that I ordered and paid for should've been one extra option, and a priority at that.

So I ordered a 2nd time, this time for pick-up. My food was ready when I arrived and while paying for my items, a young gentleman reminded that I could leave a tip, even without having seen my order and making the judgement call if a tip was in order. I asked to see my order before I decide if, and how much. He then brought my food out, I looked it over, and left 20%, which is very good for just have to carry my pizzas about 15 feet. So why do I frown upon this? As a past delivery driver, I had always been trained you never push for the customer to leave a tip. Don't even mention it, and definitely don't ask for one. Most consumers are aware they have that option, but to have an employee mention it, makes me feel a little uncomfortable and "forced".

I will give Limone one last try before deciding if they will continue getting my business. The food is great, but service is a LARGE part of the experience. If orders aren't getting made correctly, and acceptable options aren't made available that helps avoid very inconvenient outcomes for us customers, and if employees make the customers feel uncomfortable, then it's on management to make some adjustments. Your young crew seems nice, they just need some additional training to help improve the customer experience. Will still give you guys another go in the near future and I hopefully these couple issues are resolved so I can change my rating from a 2 star...

I want to start off by saying the sweet blonde girl who was taking money, was fantastic. We had absolutely no issues with her.

We had a party of 8. We all ordered and sat down. Slowly 7 of the pizzas came out. We all started eating, while my fiancé waited. Afterabout 15 minutes, i went and asked about it. They said they were still working on it. Okay, no problem. We waited another 10 minutes. Still nothing. At this point we had all eaten our pizzas, and were getting ready to go. We had an escape room scheduled at 8:00pm, and we had to be there by 7:45. It was 7:40 at this point. I went back up to the front, and they said they were still working on it. Seriously?? I told them at this point we just need it boxed up so we can leave. I asked the male worker what they were going to do to rectify the situation. The male laughed at me, and walked away. That absolutely infuriated me. I said loudly “are you kidding me? You’re just going to ignore me??” The attitude he had was absolutely ridiculous. I can’t believe he thinks it’s okay to treat customers this way.

Also, another worker came out from the kitchen, grabbed plates from on top of the garbage, pushed the trash deeper into the can, then proceeds back into the kitchen to prepare food! I can’t believe it!! We will never come back here. Absolutely disgusted with how we got treated tonight. The only pro was the blonde girl working...
