We use the geek squad for our new TV and new computers we bought through them. We have use them multiple times over the years since we’ve been using geek squad. They are extremely smart, helpful, and since most products, nowadays, don’t have really much of a user guide, they have been wonderful to have questions answered that we can figure out from que reader bar codes or from Internet search guides. Sometimes you just need to have someone SHOW you how to work your fancy new electronics. Read moreI needed an estimate to replace the battery in my laptop. I tried to call somebody at the local store, but my call was routed to a central call center. They could not give me any information about the battery replacement and would not allow me to speak to anyone at the store. Instead I had to make an appointment. At the appointment, they told me they couldn't give me an estimate without taking my laptop and sending it off. So I went by a small computer repair shop and got the estimate in 10 minutes.
