I failed the Mt Fuji challenge, but there were many has conquered the challenge. There were tons of noodles and about 2-3 lbs of mixed veggies of carrots, bamboos shoots…(mostly bean sprouts) top with thinly sliced tenderloins, half-cut boiled egg, and garnish. The broth was alright, but not that rich, not fully flavored. The noodle was perfectly cooked soft enough to slurp. How you want your noodle cooked is your choice, mine was at soft level, easy to slurp. The egg was soft with running yolk, the pork slices were a bit dry, a better marinated chashu pork needed to add more flavor. There’s many Japanese artwork on wall but a special room for making fresh ramen noodle in house which was wonderful. I’ve been in some ramen shop, most used packaged noodle from vendors, not as fresh as this place. Due to ramen made out of wheat and eggs, you need to eat quickly before the hot soup would make them mushy, thicken the broth from starch and unbalanced the taste of broth. Sip the broth first then add any condiments on table to adjust your taste. I usually don’t add any condiments to any broth, just to taste the original flavor. Be advised: don’t expect for any service from server or waitress due to shortage of staff, pay at counter after done eating. I’m on the search for unforgettable killer ramen but have not found one so far. If you need a quick eat, then this place will fix you right.

Came in around lunch time midweek, the place was half full and I was seated right away. I placed my order for a bowl of ramen and was served within 15 minutes - that was really fast and so it's good. The food was well presented and taste very good too. The only thing that I didn't like is that, the broth was just lukewarm šŸ˜’ and I'm tempted to have it reheated but was starving and have to go back to work for a 1pm meeting. This is my first time to try this place so I'll give it another try and will probably ask to make sure that the broth be served piping hot. So we'll see and hope they'll be ok with that since I find the server very friendly anyway. The thing that I find interesting is that, you have an option to customize your ramen so I'm excited to go back and try that. Their noodles is made in-house so that's a very good thing. The place is clean and well maintained. Parking is not an issue. I will update my review if things change on my next visit.

Excellent place for Ramen noodles , which are made in house and have a superb/splendid flavor. However , service is quite slow , no matter what time of the day that you arrive and that could set some people off. The Ramen here is brilliant but the Vegan one , which is kind of rubbish , to be honest. The rest , amazing.I like the Garlic and the Mushroom ones , full of flavor and with a very tasty broth. The spicy Tonkatsu is nice too.Their Gyoza , both veggie and meat are worth it to try as well as the octopus balls. The fried chicken is decent too. The ambiance is like if you were in Japan and I appreciate that. Plenty of parking around and a place I can recommend but aware of the service and don’t ask for the vegan ramen , even if you’re vegan. The rest , simply great.

The food here was really quite good. But I have to take off stars because the service was absolutely HORRIBLE. We arrived with a party of four and were seated promptly. However, it took about 20 minutes for the waiter to come back and ask what we wanted to drink. After we ordered our food, it took an extremely long time for both drinks and the food to arrive. Two members of our party still did not have the food they had ordered after an hour and a half. Waiter never came back to the table. So we had to go wait at the register since no one was coming to our table and turns out the waiter never even put their orders in. We told them not to bother making them at this point since they were wasting our time. We were never given silverware, asked for it, and never received any. So we had to go find the waiters station and get our own. You could hear the manager yelling at the employees from the kitchen not to put the restaurant silverware in the takeout orders... so I'm guessing that's where all of those were going. I think the manager was just as frustrated at his employees as we were. Other people in the restaurant were having the same experience as us, and I saw many walk out and leave without paying, walk out before ever receiving their food, or walk out because they were waiting to be seated for 10 minutes and no one ever came to seat them. We paid for the food we received, because like I said, the food was good once we finally received it. But that waiter got pennies, a paperclip and some pocket lint for a tip. Upon paying, we had to repeat our entire parties order back to the waiter. It was an absolute joke. I feel bad for the owner. I'm sure this place would be amazing with some new employees. I'll be back if they get new wait staff. Until then,...

I will start off with the positive, I was really impressed with the management and the way they were so passionate about their ramen; they genuinely care about the perception of their food and care about making their customers happy. That's why I give them 2 stars, but the food on the other hand, while they may take pride in it, just did not taste good to me. I've had hundreds of bowls of ramen in different parts of the world, so I have a lot to compare it to. I tried 5 different dishes including 3 different types of ramen there and while it tastes more authentic than the typical "Americanized" versions you get most places, I just didn't like the flavors, execution or presentation of the food. The bottom line comes down to "Am I enjoying what I'm eating?" and the answer was no on everything I tried. They tried to be very accommodating and I was polite and appreciated the attempt, but it just wasn't good and I won't be back again based on the food alone. The place itself was not clean and the kitchen looked like a disaster as I walked by which was also off-putting. The waitress didn't know what many of the things on the menu were, which didn't really match the authentic vibe they were going for. The prices were fair, but it really didn't look appetizing either when it arrived at the table, kind of a fail when it came to presentation, texture, contrast and lack of...
