✨A Heartfelt Thank You to Zurchers for Going Above and Beyond✨
🥰We recently hosted a very special graduation celebration at Park Lane Senior Living for five of our incredible staff members who were graduating high school. This event meant the world to both our residents and the young graduates, and we wanted every detail to be perfect—especially the senior photos we planned to display as poster-sized keepsakes.
🍀Despite our best efforts, a series of challenges arose: we could only get the photos taken the Saturday before the event, and wouldn’t have them in hand until the Monday before our Friday celebration. We were worried we’d run out of time, but when we explained our situation to Autumn at Zurchers, she immediately put us at ease. She was genuinely excited to help and assured us that they would make it work, even with such a tight turnaround.
🙌When we finally brought the photos in on Wednesday, Autumn and the Zurchers team worked quickly to get them printed. There was even a mix-up with the names on two of the posters—a mistake I missed in the proof they sent—but when I returned on the day of the party, Mike stepped in and resolved everything with kindness and urgency, despite Autumn not being there that day. Their flexibility, attention to detail, and willingness to help under pressure made all the difference.
🙏Through all the chaos—missing food orders, last-minute photo sessions, and a flurry of behind-the-scenes mishaps—Zurchers was a bright spot. Thanks to their dedication, the room was filled with beautiful, personalized posters that made our graduates feel truly celebrated. The residents were thrilled to see their advice and memories showcased alongside the photos, and the graduates were deeply touched by the magnitude of love in the room.
💞Zurchers’ commitment and care helped us create a moment these young people will never forget. Their kindness and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a memorable and meaningful celebration. Thank you, Zurchers, for being such an important part of this milestone in our community’s life. We are so grateful.

Read moreI hate writing bad reviews, but the customer service at this establishment is absolutely horrible. My wife ordered online a whole bunch of stuff for our two year olds birthday party. She picked the supplies up last night March 22nd around 7:40 pm, the balloons come in a bag, so she couldn't ensure all were there, she asked if all the balloons were included, then the workers were extremely rude and acted as if she were crazy. Well sure enough one black balloon was missing. I go back the next morning March 23rd around 10:30am, and yet again just as she described they act like I'm crazy when I say one balloon was missing. I don't care about the dollar something the balloon cost, it's the principle that customer service should leave an impression that your business is appreciated so next time you would return. There was no sorry, and nothing but leaving me feeling like I am trying to get something for free, when I had to take time out of my morning to drive there again so my son would have everything he wanted for his party. I believe the culture of this place needs to change drastically; that was two different shifts that gave the same horrible customer service. My wife is a teacher, so she frequently buys things for her classroom; after these two experiences she will be going elsewhere. We will be driving farther away just to avoid this place now. Please look at the culture, and mission that you are trying to achieve here, and adjust the efforts, because even though high school aged kids work here, you can still instill a place where that kind of service is not acceptable. Thank you for the supplies, but this will be the last time I go...
Read moreReally frustrating experience today. I went to checkout to pay for 3 balloons. Just 3 balloons. She asked if I want them filled up right then, I said yes. She said the wait was going to be about 20-25 minutes. I told her politely that I really don't have time to wait that long because I needed to get these filled ASAP I had a newborn in a stroller with me and anyone who has kids knows how difficult it is to even be able to leave the house with a baby let alone stay out for very long without them screaming. I also explained to the employee that I wanted to leave the balloons on someone's doorstep before they got home from work, as today was a special occasion for them and I was trying to surprise them. There were at least 3 employees working at the balloon station and no line. I said "You guys really can't just fill up 3 balloons for me really quick? It'll take like 5 seconds...." And she just told me "yeah no sorry." So I left my items and didnt bother purchasing. Not bringing my business here again until a manager can properly train these teenagers some common courtesy. A customer who is present and needs something super simple takes precedence over filling online orders while ignoring the in-store customers completely. If you were to go to a fast food restaurant, walk up to a cashier and they told you to wait 30 min because they were too busy filling online orders you'd think that's ridiculous. No different for...
