This store has been down hill for about a year. It was closed for a bit, then recently reopened, maybe a few months ago now. We went in a few weeks ago and I was hoping for a better experience. I waited to post due fear of the worker there that day getting fired. Unfortunately, this store is no better, if anything it is worse. When I went to go pay, I asked for extra sauce on the side and this store only had lids...seriously, why? Okay, fine, then we only wanted water. I was told that this location does not provide courtesy cups, there is too many homeless people that come in wanting water. The worker tells me that they cannot give me a regular small cup because last time they did this they were threatened to be fired as the owner watched the cameras and saw this team member give a customer a cup. Seriously, is this a ploy to get people to spend more money? At that point, I am completely annoyed not just at the complete lack of customer service this place provides but also the lack of empathy and greed this greed the owner of this store has. I do not think it is the owners job to provide water to every Tom, Dick and Harry, however I do believe part of the job is provide excellent customer service to paying customers, this is what people...
Read moreWas there about 4 minutes ago and was dissapointed with the attitude of the assistant manager katie correia(sp?). I aslo felt like she did nothing to make sure i was happy as a customer. She suggested to get shredded cheddar on the sub so i said go ahead. Than she put a small sprinkle that didnt even spread out over the meat at all. I know if i had chosen another cheese i would of gotten double the ammount. I brought it to her attention and her only answer was that she would charge me for extra cheese than proceeded to toast my sub. I was tempted to have her remake the sub but i knew she was going to just give me more attitude. When I pick up food and get home, sandwich is toasted, well…burned is more like it, and swimming in marinara sauce; so much so that it’s dripping out of the sandwich. When I attempt to contact the store 19 times no one answers finally someone picks up and when I ask for customer service or corporate telephone number I’m hung up on. When I go to the store, “ sandwich artist” Seems to be unwilling to assist in giving me a number and has an overall bad attitude about the whole situation because she just came on.
