Pulled up at 7:25, was asked “what can I get for you” but I needed a minute to decide so I said one moment please, then said Okay Im ready only for her to say “well we close at 730 so”, I just said nevermind and drove off. Whenever Ive worked a job at any company, we were always required to serve until closing, and it was not allowed to turn people away unless the business was actively closed. For one, why does this one starbucks close almost 2 hours earlier than starbucks in denton and decatur? There is no other Starbucks closing at 730 in this area besides this one. For two, why couldn’t she have just said that when I first pulled up but since I needed to look at the menu she decided then she was not willing to serve me? Read moreI’m really impressed with this Starbucks. The employees are always very happy and nice. I’m not the target audience for coffee, but when I do go they always help me order a 37 syllable drink. Get the coffee cake. Best thing on the menu.
