Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Carl's Jr really brings me back to my childhood. My brother and I used to ride our BMX bikes to Carl's Jr when we were young whippersnappers and order delicious food such as Happy Stars and Western Bacon Cheeseburgers. We really liked drinking Sprite. Good times they were. Carl's Jr today is still mostly the same. I haven't been inside in years so I don't know much about that. But the drive through service is top notch. The food tastes more oily today though than I remember it, you know, as if the oil is old or something too, hence the 4 happy stars to you Carl's Jr, instead of 5. Hmm, maybe it's just my aging taste buds. But hey, it's fast food so I ain't complaining. No one else is making Carl's Jr food, so thank you Carl's Jr for making...

We ordered our food through the drive thru tonight, the person (gentleman) taking our order was rude and seemed annoyed. Added another kids meal when I clearly order only 2. I also asked for "House Dressing" (Ranch) and he gave me Buffalo. We have always dined in or order our food through the drive thru and today's experience was not up to my expectations. Really disappointed that the service was not great. Even when the gentleman handed my food, he was like, "here" (with a tone), with a ripped bag as well. What kind of service is that.

Last Monday, I visited Carl's Jr. for the first time, unsure of what to order from the menu. Fortunately, a friendly lady named Carmen was there to assist me. She was incredibly helpful and walked me through all the options they had. After considering her suggestions, I decided to try the Diablo Double Combo in a medium size. To my surprise, the burger was outstanding; everything was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I was thoroughly impressed. I highly recommend this Carl's Jr. location for their exceptional service and delicious food. It's truly one of the best fast-food restaurants...
