Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Worst experience ever ordering from this location. I asked for the manager and according to the lady I spoke with. She said she was the manager. I placed a big order, to an apartment complex. It took them a bit over 30 minutes to deliver when the app showed the driver was really close by, 15 minutes after my order left the place. Appearantly the manager tried covering up for the driver over the phone saying he had a lot of deliveries, which wasn't true. I waited outside in the parking lot, standing outside of my vehicle since it left the store to make it easier for him. I had seen this driver pull in to the parking lot twice and leave, the second time he left, I received a notice that my delivery was complete and to enjoy my pizza, that's when I called the manager and she tried saying he was still finishing up orders and what not, after hanging up with her, the driver calls me back about 7 minutes later saying hes lost. The same guy I seen enter the complex twice before and left and he said he didn't see anyone outside so he left... i had been outside from the moment the pizza left the store. So it makes me believe this guy had no intentions of trying to stop at the complex the first time and go to the front desk or call to make sure he was at the correct place which is what he should've done. These people have no good...

Judging these mega-chains aside, my visit to this specific location was bad enough to warrant a public bad review.

They finished my pizza order well inside their "it'll be done in 20 minutes" claim. They even handed me the pizza and I figured I was about to leave after just one more thing...but, the order of cheesey bread was no where to be seen. So, they took the pizza back to "keep it warm", as the bread apparently wasn't quite ready.

No joke, over half-an-hour later, and after watching them debate through their clear glass about my order, they finally completed it. One of the more odd experiences I've had at a pizza place; even after they realized their mistake, it still took them a weirdly long time to fix it.

Then I brought it home and the pizza sucked. Awesome. Please, wife (she who wanted Domino's), don't make me go back....

I asked for the price of Philly cheese steak pizza, and the cashier just said 18.99 (before tax). I ordered the pizza, and later, I checked my bill it was 22.99 (before tax). I asked the cashier why it was like this, and she answered 18.99 was the price with the coupon, and you didn't ask for a coupon. I asked ok apply the coupon for me then. she said It's too late bc your order is already placed.

So if I asked for an item price, I asked for an exact regular price. If you say 18.99, you have to apply the coupon without a request for a coupon, or at least you have to MENTION that, and if it is 22.99, you have to reply with the true price in first place.

At the end, they messed up my order, I received a veggie pizza, and I had to wait another 10 minutes to...
