Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I’ve ordered from Marco’s twice and the service has been excellent each time.

My order has been accurate and on time both times as well.

However, I’m giving them 4 stars on the food since the deluxe pizza could have been better. The toppings were generous, but they put a layer of cheese over the toppings, which caused two issues. The pizza crust appeared to get soggy, I assume due to the moisture from the toppings getting trapped under the cheese. The cheese layer would also cause the toppings to slide off with each bite. 🫤 I think it would be better if they removed that extra layer of cheese they sprinkle on top.

The pepperoni magnifico was delicious. Also generous with the toppings and surprisingly, wasn’t greasy or too salty. I’d go back for it, so I recommend you give it a try.

Heard from a friend in Michigan that Marcos pizza is as close to Italian pizza as it can be....and she's Italian! They just opened near our neighborhood in Santa Ana and went to give it a try. The consistency of the dough and crust was just right...not too, thick not too gooey, or hard. Had the right flavor and amount of sauce. It was not overly greasy. We've ordered here 5 different times now and it's all been great same experience and food. We ordered the Ultimate Magnifico, cheesy bread, chicken bacon ranch pizzoli, ultimate cheese pizza, cinnamon bread, and wings. My kids crave for their pizza and it's now the only pizza they like. Became a fan of Marco's while living in Vegas. I was glad to see them open a store in Santa Ana. You will not find a better pizza for the price! They have a great rewards program also. Don't waste your money on Domino's, Pizza Hut, Papa John's or any of those places! They can't match the flavor or quality of Marco's. I have all 3 of those options within 2 miles of my place in Irvine and the day Marco's opened I drove 20min to SA because the pizza is that much better!
