Subway — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I had been to this Subway before, and I should say that every time there was something wrong with the service. Today I stopped by to get a sandwich, I asked the girl for the Italian BMT and everything was going well until she added the spinach. I noticed a bug on it, I told the girl and she took it out of the sandwich. She asked, "Do you want me to make you a new one??" Ahhh of course, at that point I felt like walking out, but I was so hungry I was shaking already. She did not throw the spinach away, and still asked me if I wanted spinach. Imagine how this people are preparing the food in the back if they act like nothing happened when clearly there was a bug in the spinach. I work for the food industry and that was clearly a physical contamination. This was my last time buying Subway from ant location since I have witnessed an array of gross acts from the employees. Ordered online and one guy there gave me attitude. He checked the online receipt for my order multiple times and kept telling me the only sandwich there wasn't mine. He told me I ordered at a different Subway that was nearby. The receipt showed the address and nearby stores which showed I was at the right subway. But he kept denying that. He also read out my name on the sandwich and said that wasn't me. My name was on the online receipt too... The one he checked multiple times. A lady there took one quick look and gave me my food. She was kind. Then the guy walked away but I told him I ordered a meal. He hesitantly gave me my cup and walked away. I was a regular customer at this Subway until today when I ordered my regular sandwich. No one said anything to me that the price pf my sandwich has been jacked up by $2.50 when I went to pay for it. They insisted that I pay the higher price and I refused. So, they went ahead and threw my sandwich away into the trash can instead of making a one time exception. The management of this place doesn't seem to care about customer service nor about children and people that are starving today. They wasted good food that could have fed someone just because the couldn't make an extra $2.50 from their regular customer that eats there 2-3 times a week.
