Giovanni's Pizza in Santa Barbara, CA is a must-visit for anyone looking for an incredible pizza. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough, as their pizza is by far the best in the city. My personal favorites are the classic pepperoni and sausage pizza, as well as the Giovanni's Special, which is loaded with bell pepper, ham, pepperoni, onion, mushrooms, olives, and sausage. Each bite is packed with flavor.
One of the things that sets Giovanni's Pizza apart is its commitment to sourcing only the highest quality ingredients. The crust is perfectly crispy (we always ask for it to be cooked a little longer), and the cheese is perfection. The toppings are always fresh, and the sauce is full of flavor. It's clear that Giovanni's Pizza takes great pride in their craft and it shows in the taste of its pizza.
In addition to the amazing pizza, Giovanni's Pizza also offers Hoppy Poppy IPA. I love IPAs, so that is always a plus. It's the perfect complement to a delicious slice of pizza.
I have been coming to Giovanni's Pizza for over 20 years, and it's a tradition that I have passed down to my own children. They love the pizza just as much as I did when I was their age. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting.
If you're in Santa Barbara and looking for an unforgettable pizza experience, look no further than Giovanni's Pizza. It's truly the best pizza in town and the staff is always welcoming. Plus, they also have...
Read moreFirst time ordering pizza from here and definitely the LAST. We have ordered pizza from the Mesa location at least 1-2 times a month for the last few years. Unbeknownst to us when we called the number that’s saved in our phones and ordered our pizza tonight that we were AUTOMATICALLY transferred to the location on upper State. They answer the phone so quickly that it’s impossible to understand that they’re NOT saying “Giovanni’s on the Mesa”. Not once did they reiterate that the pick up location is NOT the Mesa location knowing that calls are being automatically transferred, but especially since it’s only been a week since the Mesa location closed. Upon getting to the Mesa location, seeing the empty parking lot and finding the note on the door (closed as of 8/1), we call the number again to find out that we had to travel 3+miles to pick up our pizza instead of the .25 we usually do. Fine. We get the pizza and go home... TO FIND OUT THEY MADE IT WRONG!!! We asked for ALL pepperoni with half pineapple (on one side) and half olives (on the other). We repeated the order twice. They put half pepperoni on one side and half pineapple and olives on the other. Three strikes and you’re all...
Read moreThis place use to be the best place to eat on Tuesday or Weds if on a budget they would offer their spaghetti special complete with 2 slices of garlic bread for like 5.99 add a side of meatballs(2) for 2 dollars extra. Last night we ordered 3 spaghetti specials which came out to like 36 bucks , but the person who ordered forgot to order the meatballs on the side. So instead of eating the spaghetti then we just had the garlic bread with a different dish. Today I went in to get order the meatballs for the spaghetti dinners and replacement garlic bread so we could enjoy the complete meals like normal. I explained the situation and the price ended up being $16.15 for 3 orders of garlic bread. And $8.95 for 2 orders of side of meatballs(4). Little pricey if you ask me. Not so much the meatballs but $1615 for 3 sides of garlic cheese bread bread is what the receipt said but there was no cheese and I didn’t order any cheese anyways on the garlic bread. I think I got charged for...
