It took 30 minutes for them to get the ONE car in front of me through the drive thru process. She waited at the speaker forever, who knows how long she was there before I arrived behind her. I repeated "no ketchup" three times, and Angie still took the bag back at the window apologizing for getting it wrong before I even opened the bag (I asked a fourth time just to be sure, because it wasn't specified on my receipt). We were in the drive thru (only the one car ahead of us) from 7:22pm at the speaker until 7:54pm for one sourdough jack- no ketchup, with fries, no drink. Angie was the only person taking orders for both DT and cafe. My fries were cold when I got the bag. The sandwich was slightly warm, tasted funny, and had an unusual oily texture - since she took my bag back and several minutes passed before a cold sandwich came back, I couldn't trust that my food hadn't been tampered with and I ended up throwing it away, even though I was very hungry and had not eaten all day. We ended up going to McDonald's because I'd had a really hard few days and my husband wanted to try to get me a hot meal so I could start to feel better. Jack in the Box only compounded that bad experience. We tried to come here last week, but the line in drive thru was way long and unmoving so we tried to just go inside but it was locked. We left and went to Chick fil A because it was nearby. They got us through in 6 minutes. I'll never come to this JB location again, even though it's my favorite fast food chain.
And before the (owner) gives me a canned response about how it's not supposed to be this bad, WE, the customers, know that! Tell it to your team! If we didn't think it should be a better experience, we wouldn't be leaving you these reviews in the first place! I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience was so shockingly bad that I feel obligated to warn others. If you're considering stopping at this Jack in the Box late at night — don't. Just don't.
My friends and I stopped by recently, expecting a quick, simple meal. What we got instead was one of the worst fast-food experiences we've ever had. We were completely ignored by the staff. Not a greeting, not a "we'll be right with you" — absolutely nothing. It was as if we were invisible. We stood at the counter for several minutes while employees walked by us, looked at us, and chose not to acknowledge our presence at all.
When we finally tried to ask for help, we were met with attitude and dismissiveness. One employee rolled their eyes, another walked away mid-sentence. It was clear they had no interest in serving us or doing their jobs. No explanation, no apology, nothing resembling customer service. Honestly, it felt hostile. The whole environment was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Not to mention the horrible attitudes that I've been consistently greeted with. The last time, I insisted on checking that the order was complete, an was assured everything was there. So I parked to double check. IT WAS FAR FROM CONPLETE! I went knock on the door where an employee was eating (the doors were all locked) and he literally did not even flinch to acknowledge me.
