Today 5/10 half an hour before my birthday I decided to celebrate my self with my favorite pizza from Domino’s. After 5 minutes from placing my order I received a phone call from Domino’s to cancel my order. I responded; “no problem, I can wait”. But the Domino’s representative simply said; “No, we are canceling your order because we have too many orders” and hang up on me. Rude and disrespectful. Rude and disrespectful to a loyal customer. This is my second bad experience ordering from Domino’s. The first one was on March 24th. The delivery guy did not have change on him. I told him we could call the store and paid over the phone with my credit card, they never answered the phone. Then I told him. “If you want take the $$$ and bring me the change later”! Which he agreed and took off! Meanwhile I opened the pizza box, and for my surprise, 😮 the pizza wasn’t what I usually I am used to get, hot and delicious pizza! The pizza looked like if it was dropped and flipped at the same time. And he didn’t tell me about it. Like if I wasn’t going to find out. It made sense his response when I asked him to come back with my change! The worst was when he came back. I showed him the pizza and I asked him why he didn’t tell me! I was so upset and hungry that when he handed me my change I did not count it. I didn’t give him a tip. After he left I count the change and he only gave me back $40.00. He tipped himself a very good tip. Usually I get a 3 topping pizza and I usually paid between $26-$28. I called the store and they gave me nothing not even an apology.I was going to go to the store, but instead I decided to move on. I gave them a second chance and again I got horrible service. Medium (12") Handmade Pan Pacific Veggie - it was customized order but was missing all the custom toppings in order. There were no garlics and jalapeños for which I paid extra. Large (14") Hand Tossed Pacific Veggie - The pizza had human hair embedded in it.
I noticed I had placed an order at 8.05pm on Jan 19 instead it says order date Jan 19 3.03pm. Not sure why but pizza was delivered just light warm definitely not hot. Called store and talked to manager name Muskaan. She was saying “mistake can happen as we are human”. I understand but if in one order you are making multiple mistakes it’s a serious problem. You should be able to refund money as I am not willing to accept your free pizza offer for next time. Atleast have courtesy not to hung up when customer is still speaking on phone. After all mistakes happened from your side and not my side.
Update: I have been calling this particular store to follow up since my last order was messed up and lady who claimed to be manager told me to give free pizza next time. Every time I call they make different excuses, lie or hung up call. They say manager is on leave, then they say call after 5pm and when you call after 5pm they hung up call. I am not sure they are even giving right manager names so far I have names muskaan, Parul, Renu. Filed a complain with corporate customer support. I ordered from their website and paid for my pickup order, then received the confirmation text messages AND emails, giving me a pick up time and further instructions. They ask for a vehicle description so I parked and put my hazards on, as per instructions, checked in where it was indicated to do so. My check-in was acknowledged and I was inside the given time frame, so I waited for my order. After about 15-20 minutes past my order time, I checked and it said my order was completed! But I never received it or got a call or email or anything.....They ask for all of this information when you place your order and I had received confirmation and instructions. Weird. So I called the store number only to be told that "their curbside pick up service wasn't available right now" WHAAAAT??!!! You couldn't notify me?? Even if you couldn't, they're was still no offer for me to come in and pick up my order, no offer for delivery, just nothing! They could do absolutely nothing for me??! Really??? So an hour of my time was wasted AND I already paid for that order I didn't receive (which I still haven't gotten a refund for but I'll check again tomorrow) and my family was home.... waiting and still hungry. Horrible customer service and there are WAY too many pizza options to bother with Domino's again, even though I really do like their product.
