i usually get off work around the same time, between the hours of 10pm-1130pm, ordering one, of the same few items i typically get, a deli trio, sirloin burger, or buttery jack. Advertised on the speaker screen/order screen is a $2 off any of two sirloin burgers (which i have ordered before a few times) along with other advertising. when i asked about ordering the burger, one female which i know now is the night manager of the day of 4/15/15 @11:23pm, mentioned i needed a coupon, politely i asked i didn't need one before not to mention the advertisement also said nothing about needing it in order to apply, only a small print saying "while supplies lasts". as soon as i mentioned that, a rude, loud male voice stated in one sentence" YOU NEED A COUPON!" the type of tone he gave me was a "are you stupid" or "did you not hear me the first time?!" tone. i automatically perceived the impression that he was down talking me, insulting my intelligence like i couldn't read. i replied back offended , consulting the fact that I've order it before, he quickly responded " are you always wrong when you order your food?" 😮 i couldn't believe he CONTINUED to have some hard feelings or attitude towards me after i took a photo to show him, not to mention i did that AFTER he argued about how wrong i was stating to prove me different with a coupon. nevertheless, i took my photo and drove up to the window. i cannot deny that by this time, i was livid about his hospitality being he works in customer service as i also have experience in that field. I said a few rude replies about how i can understand why hes upset, his job sucked, but its not my fault he couldn't do/get better. i pull up, for him to sit there wording he wasn't opening the window, mocking me. the female (manager seen me take a picture and fled the scene. 5 minutes later, a crew member from the grill i believed, sat and tried to justify why i couldn't talk to the manager, and he refused to give me her name. stating she was too busy taking orders. she passed by and continued to ignore me as i called out for the manager 3 times to the crew member who i know now is "Javier" . the guy who talked to me on the speaker and also threw up gang signs to me in the picture, took off after refusing to help me either at the window. His name is Joseph. A whole night crew including a manager, was avoiding the situation with the least respect for a customer that spends money AT LEAST once a day there. so rude. enough to take to corporate over. never again will i trust this crew without doubting the safety of my food in their care. i wanted to seriously jump through the window at this...

Dear Jack in the box owner / management
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit, as I believe it could help improve the overall experience for future customers.
Dining Area: Upon entering, I noticed that the dining area had a strong odor and appeared to be in need of thorough cleaning. The tables and chairs felt sticky, the dine in light place over the tables had a lot of dust and degree, which detracted from the dining experience.
Additionally, I heard unsettling noises from the ceiling, which raised concerns about possible rodent issues. I recommend a thorough inspection of the premises to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
Restroom Conditions: The restroom also left much to be desired. It had a strong urine smell, and the floor was unclean. It seems that the bathroom is not being maintained properly, which poses health risks to customers. I believe that providing adequate cleaning supplies and implementing a regular cleaning schedule could significantly improve this situation.
With over 15 years in customer care, I understand the importance of maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Simple measures, such as using affordable cleaning products, can make a big difference.
Thank you for considering this feedback. I hope to see improvements on...
Read moreA follow up four years later, on discovering this original post. Times have changed, and so has this place. I think they actually went out of their way to keep then front doors open for counter service and mobile order pickup while I other locations from the same franchise are only serving drive through only. I go almost everywhere on foot these days, so it’s been great to see the problems with staffing turn around here.
I don’t stop and consider whether or not I was prepared for the possibility that the walk would have been a waste of time before heading over here. I do remember few years back that was always a question I had to settle with and so only made an attempt if I had something else to do in nearby anyhow.
I can’t even recall how long it has been since I was unable to order a strawberry milkshake because they were out of something essential. I think I maybe did have to go without a cherry once in recent memory, but given supply chain problems going on everywhere, I am still impressed.
Four years ago… “It's often closed an hour or more earlier than its posted business hours. This location is not open 24 hours. It's dining room is scheduled to close at midnight every day, but the doors are usually locked...
