Steve was first introduced to me by one of my good coworkers. Prior to meeting Steve, we already had multiple quotes from different blinds/shades people, ranging from Hunter Douglas to Graber. At that point, we thought we were set to go with someone else, but after meeting Steve, my mind was completely changed. Steve was extremely helpful, professional, and flexible throughout this whole process. We had just bought a new place, so we did not know the ins-and-outs of the whole window shades/blinds business. Steve was very patient in explaining to us all the details that goes into buying shades. I definitely recommend Steve and his company to anyone who is in the market looking to either upgrade their window coverings or just simply need them for a new place like us. Additionally, Steve continues to check in on us and how I am doing with the new blinds even multiple weeks after installation (that is what I call customer service!).

Needless to say that I am completely in love with my new banded shades. They look extremely modern and clean. Also, I am super impressed with the turnaround time with the purchase and installation. Other companies were saying anywhere between 6-8 weeks (need I remind you, we had a new house so it was like living in a fish bowl), but Steve promised us 4 weeks. I thought that was highly unlikely given the pandemic, but Steve made it happen!

We researched and shopped around a lot for the right window treatments, great quality, and good pricing. Steve drove pretty far a few times to speak with us, show us samples, give us input/ideas, and he worked within our budget. He NEVER pressured us or pushed us in any way. When we were with another window company getting a quote, the sales representative from that other company was trying to pressure us to sign on the spot, and that really turned us off. We went back to Steve because of having such a pleasant initial meeting. Steve came back out, gave us so many options, explained everything thoroughly, the difference in materials, light coming through, transparency, opacity, etc. He was patient and kind. We like his demeanor - he is gentle, honest, and hardworking. After all of our blinds and shades came in, Steve and another worker came in to install them, and they did a GREAT job. All the remote shades, plantation shutters, everything - they all turned out so beautifully. His work is meticulous, careful, and well done. We would 100% recommend him to any and all of our friends. Steve was professional and very patient through the whole process. He was easy to communicate with, replied my text messages and emails very fast and was always ready to help.

In our first appointment, he answered tons of my questions, introduced the potential options for my needs in each room, and how I could easily operate the shades. In the next few follow-up appointments, he showed me all the potential materials and colors I could choose from, to help me to make a good decision. Eventually I decided to get 11 shades (8 of them are motorized), including silhouette, banded, honeycomb for different rooms.

The measurement and installations were done very smoothly. As different types of shades arrived at different time, Steve and his installer were here multiple times and each time was just immediately after they received the shades. They helped me set up the shades to pair up with both the remote controls and iPhone app and also showed me how I could make changes in the future.
