I am writing to express my frustration regarding two recent negative experiences at your KFC restaurant.
On my first visit, my order was prepared incorrectly. When I returned to have it corrected, I was treated as if I was being dishonest rather than as a valued customer. This was disappointing and unprofessional.
On my most recent visit, I attempted to redeem my rewards points through the KFC app, which was not working properly. I asked for assistance at the drive-thru, but the employee told me I had to come inside because helping me would affect her drive-thru timer. I explained that I had two children with me and could not easily come inside, yet she refused to assist me unless I did so.
This kind of response shows a lack of customer service and care. If your employees are not trained or equipped to handle app or rewards issues, customers should not be told to come inside only to find out they still cannot be helped. It wastes time, creates unnecessary frustration, and leaves the impression that staff are unwilling or unable to provide proper service.

Read moreThis location has terrible service! The lady taking orders the night I went was very unprofessional and did not do her job right. To start off, she was in a hurry to leave and told us we could not dine in because they were going to close in 15 minutes. She did not review our order before charging us and then once we got our food we realized she had gotten our orders wrong. When I went to tell her, she accused me of lying about what I had ordered and then grabbed our food very aggressively and threw it away and went very angry to get what we had really ordered. When I finally got my 5 pice chicken tender and opened it, there were only 3 pieces in the box not 5. On top of that she did not even bother to ask us what sauces or sides we wanted and just proceeded to place whatever she wanted. To avoid such a big mess she should have just done her job right by reviewing the order before placing it. She also shouldn't accuse customers of lying. She was in a hurry to leave and ended up having to redo the order because she didn't do it right the first time. I ordered the chicken snacker sandwich and asked for no mayo one i have a lactose allergy two i do not like mayo, the cashier heard me and repeated the order exactly how i asked. Few minutes later i received my food and i noticed instantly that there was mayo coming out the side of the bread.
