Came here with my group of 4 girl friends on a Saturday at 7 PM. We called in advance for a reservation. It gets busy late at night.
When you walk in, the space is clean and cool. I liked the design.
The four of us got our own room and we ordered food and drinks from an iPad. It was a bit confusing because not everything on the iPad displayed what was on the paper menus by the door. The paper menus had more drink options.
Every time we called and asked for assistance, someone came to help quickly. They were also so helpful in fixing our microphones' feedback and the volume. Sometimes we had wifi and connectivity issues. The system was easy to use; I think it's based off of YouTube. We could hear our neighbors next to us singing. Based on the song histories, people sang in all languages here.
We got our waters and drinks fast. We got the makgeolli and regular soju, and later on, we also got the rose tteokbokki. The tteokbokki was so delicious! The texture was unlike other ones I've had; it was extremely chewy and didn't harden.
Time flew by and before we knew it, we were in there for three hours. We were eventually asked to leave because we were in there so long. As we left, we noticed more people were sitting outside by the bar and singing there too.
It came out to be $50 an hour for the room and between the four of us, I think we paid $75 per person for food and drink.
The service was great. Everything was clean....

It was little pricey overall but great delicious food, service was very polite and attentive. So far they're keeping the place well kept and clean. As long as they keep all of these things up, this place should become very prosperous. I wish they had more drinking options, like alcoholic slushies. From my point of view the experience was well worth my hard earned money. I am definitely coming back for fun and food along with my wife as she loves karaoke and I enjoy the food and drinks.
Hopefully prices decrease as popularity improves as this place was...

Im originally from Los Angeles, Koreatown. While visiting Santa Clara, I wanted to spend a night out with my friends. On Saturday night, I found myself here with two - sharing beers and food.
The rooms were clean and well kept. The food - especially the honey butter garlic chicken - was phenomenal. I was initially skeptical given KTown isnt as lively around here, but everything from the service to the food was on par with counterparts down in LA.
We spent about two hours here, and I would definitely come back again. Thank you Sophia for the...
