A note on a Starbucks product development: The popularity of Nitro Cold Brew with sweet cream surged after it's release, but a couple of years on people started to talk to one another about it and isolated it as the culprit of the hershey squirts that it's ingredients caused. This led to the drink's popularity to transfer to the next best thing: the regular Cold Brew with sweet cream. However, over the next 1-2 years they have altered this drink to have two different forms. The Cold Brew with sweet cream that has vanilla preadded and the Cold Brew with sweet cream that has vanilla added after ordered and with the sweet cream. I think this convolution has led to a worse product overall, and is a far cry from the wonderful Cold Brew with sweet creams that I remember and loved. The image I've added below is what an ideal Cold Brew with sweet cream looks like.

Cashier was knowledgeable and nice, yet, after quickly using the men's bathroom while my cafe mocha was being prepared I asked the Barista making the drinks if any of the drinks on the counter were mine. He made a snide remark and then proceeded to make my grande Mocha. What I got was a bit less than 3/4th of a cup of what tasted mostly like hot cocoa. I'm sure there was coffee in there, at least I hope so. I paid nearly $6 for basically a small hot cocoa with too much whipped cream. I know companies are shrinking packages and charging more for less these past few years, yet, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised a big corporation like Starbucks would do the same. Next time I think I'll just stop by 7/11. I honestly don't see the difference anymore. At least I can control the portions I'm paying for.

One of the nicest, cleanest & most unique Starbucks I’ve been to. The service is fast and this Starbucks has a drive-thru. It also has a lot of parking. When you first walk in, you are greeted by a beautiful air-y room with a very modern hip vibe. The seating is ample and diverse; you can find inside, standing tables and also many different types of tables for study with available usb and power plugs too, or even seats where u can just sit and read comfortably. There is even a conference room that you can probably borrow too. The coffee is a standard of Starbucks menu and the baristas are courteous and helpful. The bathroom is clean as well. Definitely recommend this Starbucks, as it seems to be a gathering space that reflects the local community.

On May 20 at 2:40 pm. I went to order from Starbucks at 26480 Bouquet Canyon Rd, Santa Clarita, CA 91350. I ordered 2 Venti light Ice soy Chai Tea Latte, Mushroom and Kale Egg Bites and Bacon Sausage Egg Wrap.

When I got to the window the cashier, Gabby at the Drive Thru couldnt be bothered as she talked with her co workers. I had to ask for a bag for my items and napkins in which she took a while to hand me seeing that she was still preoccupied conversing with her co workers as the line waited. Then I parked to eat my food and realized that she did not even give me any utensils to eat my HOT egg bites with. I tried to eat it with my bare hands and burned my finger a little bit so I had to wait even longer. I called the Store to complain but the Supervisor that talked to me, Alex was condescending and very sarcastic. He was interrupting me while I was talking to me. I told to stop and listen then he said that he will cry because of the tone of my voice. I was just telling him to stop and listen to what I was saying. He told me that they didn't have to give any utensil. They have a horrible customer service. Honestly, this is the 1st Starbucks I've encountered that didn’t and I even called another Starbucks to double check this and they said it was untrue. He continued to defend the cashier and just kept interupting me as I was trying to convey my concern. This experience at Starbucks has been the most negative from any store I've ever visited with all my more than 10 years loyalty...

āļø 1 Star Review On Friday, June 20, I visited the Starbucks at 26480 Bouquet Canyon and ordered a Matcha tea with oat milk and whipped cream, along with roasted red pepper egg bites. Within five minutes of drinking just a third of the Matcha, I started to feel extremely nauseous—and I remained sick all weekend, from Friday through Monday.

I returned to the store the same day and spoke with a woman named Debbie, who seemed completely unconcerned. She refunded the purchase and gave me two $4 gift cards, then told me the manager would call me on Monday. That call never came.

I finally contacted the Starbucks corporate office on June 25 when it became clear the store was ignoring the situation. They offered me a measly $20 gift card—while I was still sick. I had to take activated charcoal to stabilize my symptoms. Honestly, if I hadn’t taken it, things would have been even worse.

I’ve been a regular Starbucks customer for years, but I will never go back to any Starbucks again after this. Something was clearly wrong with the drink—spoiled milk, bad whipped cream, something. But what upset me more was the complete lack of care or responsibility from both the store and corporate.

I was told ā€œno one else came back sick,ā€ which doesn’t mean no one else was sick—it just means they didn’t come back. That’s not how you treat customers.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The store at 26480 Bouquet Canyon absolutely sucks, and Starbucks as a company has lost...

I've been a returning patron for going on 4 years now with occasional purchases going back from 2008 to 2012. In this time I'm sad to see and taste the quality of the coffee shots have been declining exponentially. Before the shot would be sweet with a nutty flavor, however now they taste like burned coffee. This is a problem with Starbucks overall, not just this location, because back in 2011, or somewhere around there, corporate stopped emphasizing that shots die/burnout and began to emphasize stations --which increased speed but because of the turnover rate of baristas created proportional decreased quality. Starbucks in general has created a culture within their employees that believe that syrup truly preserve shots; they do not, thick syrup like black or white mocha does. Yes, I'm a coffee snob, however I can truly taste the bitter burned flavor through the sweetness of the syrup. If you want to know what a shot should taste like ask the person who takes your order to "have 1/4 inch of cold milk on the bottom of the cup, and drop the shots directly on top, then put the steamed milk on top;" however be careful with this, if the barista is annoyed with this order they may give you decaf, or purposefully...
