Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

The food practices at this location are terrible. Went into Chipotle to pick up dinner. Ordered 3 bowls to go. The employees apron went into 2 of the 3 bowls while preparing the food. I pointed it out to him. Another guy on the line was standing next to him when I mentioned that the strings from his apron were in the bowls. Neither employee said a word. They didn’t offer to remake the bowls. They just stood there like deer in headlights. I just laughed and walked out. I’ve eaten at this location many times and have noticed sub par food handling practices. This was the last and final straw. Will never eat here again. I recommend anyone who cares about food safety pass on...

Is it possible to give them no stars?? First things first THE WHOLE STAFF.....TURTLES!!!!!! they decided to hold the whole lin( witch was out the door)to make a online order ???? Also had a very hard time consolidating orders while the mangers sat in the back to only poke their heads out onece in a while to look at the line of people waiting their is no sense of urgency in this place and the only place u can park is in the parking structure no where near the establishment if ur lucky u can get a 20 minute parking in front but I promise u will be waiting more that 20 minutes for ur food long story short this one is...

What nice people! I have been to many a Chipotle and usually leave feeling quite satisfied. But this particular Chipotle has repeatedly given me a superior experience. The ingredients are impeccably fresh and all of the employees rock. I ran into two of the employees outside of the establishment, after only my first visit, and was impressed that they remembered me. I have been back several times and everyone is always cheerful and helpful. Yesterday Jacqueline and her coworkers were especially delightful and I devoured the best burrito of my life. I could not help but get online and review.
