Presto Pasta — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

Ordered take-out for around the 6th time...ordered the tortellini.

I was shocked when I opened up the bowl it came in. Bowl was only filled not even halfway, hardly a meal. I'm female and weigh 100 pounds and this was not enough for me. I was so shocked honestly, I took a photo of it before i started eating ( I was really hungry ). I made a comment saying I can count these there's so few of them. So I did & counted 26. 26 tortellini.

Meanwhile my bf called the place. HewHe told all their dishes are "measured" and are 8oz. He hung up and I said to him no way was that 8oz.

My food was already gone by the time he hung up, his untouched but I could see his was more full and I picked it up and it weighed twice as much as mine did. No WAY MINE WAS 8 OUNCES! I Was still hungry so i ate one of the halves of garlic bread given with the meals (one slice) it was dry and I gave it to my dog. I ended up eating a can of pineapple chunks so I wasn't hungry anymore.

I know 28 tortellinis don't weigh 8 ounces! I don't know if they were low on food since it was near closing time or what but it was ridiculous. Equally ridiculous is they had to know it wasn't enough how could they not?

They didn't apologize or anything. Jerks are a rip-off and I'm never ordering from this greedy place again. NOT WORTH THE...

Presto Pasta is an Italian a fast food Pizza Pasta and Salads restaurant, that also caters.

Hope they open more Presto Pasta at Burbank CA and through out Southern California!

What I appreciate is the offering of diffeent combinations of pasta and toppings as well as sides.

Ive ordered different dishes and love the combination plates. The Chicken Piccata, Lasagna and Fettucini Alfredo on a flat plate is an awesome value and delicious!

Do try the zoodles (zucchini noodles) with the putanessca sauce.

I appreciate that there is a Coke machine that offers many different varieties of soda.

Now as delicious as the food is, and the casual ambiance relaxing, well the staff are byond friendly, welcoming, cool 😎 and accommodating.

By the way manger SAM and staff of the Granada Hills and Santa Clarita Presto Pasta are outstanding with above and byond customer service. Sam was sincerely open to listening to my constructive comments of pasta and vegetable preparation that I hope make a difference.

As well I like the fact that I can tell the order taker that I prefer my pasta well done and vegetables soft.

By the way, there is also free Presto Guest WIFI!

This place is Amazing check it out we walked in just before closing and were greeted as if they just opened 😀 talk about service with a smile..😀 Kyle was very professional, helpful, kind and patient keep in mind we are still newbies here! Their was an older fella white hair... my goodness!... beyond nice, ⭐️ super friendly guy and definitely knows how to take great care of customers! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😀 What a hard working bunch! The place was spotless so clean like A++++!!! Clean ✨ THE FOOD HERE IS SO DAMN DELICIOUS!! I CANNOT BELIEVE I JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS!! Go in there GIVE IT A TRY ... I have a feeling you WILL LOVE ❤️ EVERYTHING about this place including the Individual SLICES OF designer CHEESECAKE that is offered...PEOPLE I’m JUST SAYINNNN UNFRICKNBELIEVABLY GOOD THOUGH!!!okay now let my say Thank you for great the tastiest dinners and desserts this side of the Santa Clarita Valley!!!
