I had such the most unpleasant, extremely aggressive & rude service by one of the young Hispanic guy working the drive thru pick-up window. I placed an online order per usual, and proceeded to the intercom once my order indicated it was ready. Upon the intercom the young man said he didn't know what I was talking about. Weird, so I repeated I have a pickup order for Crystal. He then says drive to the pick-up window. As I'm waiting behind the vehicle in front of me, I mistakenly closed all my windows on my phone, so I hurried to pull up my order receipt before it was my turn at the window. Once I pulled forward to the pick-up window, there were 2 young Hispanic men ranging in the ages of 17 to 20 years old. The kid never greeted me, instead he begun yelling at me to show him my order on the app. I politely asked him to please give me a moment while I pull that information up, since I accidentally closed out all my app windows. The young man said it again " where is your order"!?? I replied "please give me a minute, it's loading thank you". He then says :I asked you for your order, where is it Jesus why are you getting upset because you can't find it"? I then responded to him "Excuse me, what is your problem I literally just told you it's loading, why the attitude & waving your hands in my face"!?? He then says "whatever", and at this point 2 more young Hispanic male associates approached the window laughing as if they validated his rude behavior of arguing with me, while my phone was loading the Jack in the Box app receipt page. I told him I did not like his attitude, and it's totally okay I refuse to eat any food from this location and he said "so what" while shrubbing his shoulders, so I then drove off. The surveillance cameras caught the entire incident, plus my 2 colleagues were on the car speaker phone & they both heard the entire incident & were in complete disbelief. There is absolutely no reason to justify why he attacked me like that & refused to accommodate me. That was extremely uncomfortable & I wish I were streaming Tik Tok so that way my thousands of followers could have witness this disgusting encounter tonight. This poor experience took place on Saturday September 18, 2025 at approximately 6 -6:30pm. Please review cameras.

There are two bathrooms across from each other that say for men/women but staff has to open them. I asked to be let into the vacant one and was told that was for employees only but I could wait for the other one. No sign saying “employees only” but whatever.
The one I was allowed to use was trashed, pee on the floor, feces dried on the seat and toilet paper everywhere. Seriously?!
I finished my meal and used the train station bathroom down the block.
I did report it to staff behind the counter and was told someone would clean it shortly. Never saw any staff head to the customers only bathroom to clean it...

I feel frustrated I have to go out of my way to do this and call them out on their mistakes. This time they gave me drinks first, then the food bags and they did not tell me there's more or wait, your order is not complete. . I don't know what is their problem with communication. The wait today was over 10 minutes and by the time I'm home, the food is cold and I have to reheat in the oven. I really hope they get new employees and they get their stuff together.
