If you don't try this establishment because some monkey says the bread is "paper thin" and complains because they weren't treated like royalty (suck it up buttercup, you're just a regular snob), then it's your loss. The bread is thinner but it's denser and their recipe is BETTER than any other chain. Love the sandwiches and the fact that the ice in the drink station has ice chips. Every time I've been here there has always been different employees all with great customer service skills, but there is a girl in particular that always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied with my choice in lunch.
