This was our first time at Lee's Korean BBQ & Tofu House. Overall we found the food to be generous in portion and quite tasty. There are limited, but again tasty, options for vegetarians and we didn't leave disappointed or hungry. The atmosphere could use a bit of a recombobulation. There are a lot of "work" stations around so it's hard to know if you're seated in the dining area or an area where prep or cleaning is happening. Besides that we liked the food we got. My wife ordered the Tofu Soup which came out bubbling and a beautiful golden color. That plus the sizzle of the Vegan Deluxe Hot Pot that was brought made us realize, hey it's dinner AND a show...and the food is performing for us. When it calmed down a little we started to eat it. It was all really good, and plentiful. You definitely won't go hungry here. We also got a Chives Pancake which was large and a nice counterpoint to the spicier dishes we ordered. Our server was friendly and the food come out really quickly too. (There was only one other person in the restaurant on this Thursday night so not sure how that speed is maintained when it's busier. We wish they had more vegetarian options, but what we did have was good and we'd happily eat it again.

I love Korean beef tofu soup and I didn’t know it’s available here at SCV. We had a pleasant dining experience here at Lee’s Korean BBQ & Tofu House. Our favorites were the spicy pork and tteokbokki. The staff (I’m assuming she’s the daughter of the owner since the place looks like family-owned and run) was kind enough to adjust the spice level to accommodate my 9-year old daughter’s spice tolerance. I recommend getting the combo (meat + half tofu soup). My eldest daughter liked her non-spicy dumpling tofu soup. The banchan could be better though. The space and dining area is small and quite tight, but the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back.

Food was good but the lady that works there is really rude. We asked to have the bigger table in the back because we had small children with us and the high chairs would make things tight. She basically told us no that they have bigger parties that come in. Ok... We ate and after our meal asked for a to go box. She brings this tiny box that looks like it would fit and asked if we could get another she says "it will fit just try" in a rude tone. When it looks like it won't show comes over and smashes it all in. We have to just laugh at how she's acting. I'd rather not have it fall out as I try to eat it later. It's unfortunate because the food was actually good but we...
