Luv'n Donuts — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

have been going to Luv N Donuts for over 5 years now (Castaic & Valencia locations). I always order a mix of sandwiches, donuts, and drinks. Today the manager served me a burnt, hard, crunchy crossaint. When I got home and saw what she served I called to see if there was anything that could be done. She refused, arguing with me that the crossaint was not burnt, told me is I didn't want it that way I should have told her (she said it would have saved her time making it), and told me she can't make all her customers happy. I expressed that as a return customer I have never received a sandwich burnt like this before, and she acknowledged that she recognized me as a repeat customer, but said there was nothing she could do. I have been here multiple times. I always get a boba and blt croissant. No complaints on the food or drink they all taste good everytime i go. But the worker, it’s always the same girl. She’s very non-expressive and rlly rude and petty. She just says “have a nice day” in such a straight and non expressive face and expression. They really need to hire better people that can be in customer service and at least be more people friendly. The vibes in there are so off with that teenage little girl with her blank/expressionless face. she also makes everything really slow and it’s a 15 minutes process sitting in front the counter waiting. Wouldn’t recommend this location. Also in the front of the donut shop theirs “help wanted” signs plastered in front of the window. I see why...

I love cake donuts and the ones here are moist which I love! I also like how they offer breakfast and lunch sandwiches which are made fresh when you order. The only thing I do not like is how some items on the menu are never even available. For instance their cinnamon rolls, carrot cake, and several other items, I do not know why they are even on the menu then... I also wish they had sprinkled donut holes. The staff could also be more...
