Today 11/2 I experienced the Worse service ever @ McDonalds! Never really out, but I wanted to have a nice Hot Large Coffee before going to the hospital with my Daughter! Took about 10min to Get to the Order window with just 3 cars in the line. As I ordered there was something wrong with the screen, which did not pay attention to the Technology asling my food comes out right! Anyways i get to the âPayingâ part and i get my receipt and i see that i was charged 1.49 for a MILk. I order a Kids Happy Meal i assure & believe that comes with a Drink as their side! I was never told that there will be a 1.49 Upcharge! I asked a cashier Guy then he asked a âmanagerâ why was being charged...... anyway she was RUDE unprofessional kept interrupting me while i was trying to get my point, she even said you want your .49 back ill give them to you, Money is never a issue when it comes to food for me. But my point was why UP charge a guest without informing! Anyways she closed the Window as i was speaking and reached over to give me the $$$ i told her she can keep the $$ and put it wherever fits her! Unprofessional Management then i waited bout 5min another manager comes to the window âcan i help youâ Yes ofcourse you can i want my food. So then i get the window closed on my face as i am speaking, Rude!!!!!!! I was handed my food fries cold, mcsausage sandwhich Not yhe way i wanted i asked for bacon which 1$ for 1 strip of bacon. I sent that back! I was offer ketchup ofcourse i was! So i drove off!!! Checking my order soooooo much for arguing for that DAMMM kidsmilk, she didnt even put it in my order! I had to get down from my car where i had my 2 kids! I walkin shes there starring at me, i told the âGMâ. The manager needs to learn how to listen to the guest before she gives her lil attitudeâ very unprofessional to break you through my question and trying to shut me up & closing the window while i was speaking... didnt save the receipt really , i was so mad at this experience it will be a while till i return back...
   Read moreCrazy how one restaurant deals with rainy weather to just drop their rating. Tried to pick up lunch today after my kids appointment and I got two screaming toddlers waiting in the rear seats on a rainy day. I pull up to 1 of the 5 spaces. On the app it asks how are you picking up, so I normally select curbside, cause I need that ease of not having to get my kids out and get them soaked. I get the notification that foods ready and no one comes. The app said food is being brought out shortly and over 10 minutes later I call to see what happened. The guy says they're not walking food out due to the rain, they didn't want their employees tracking in water, so they had put signs on all the mobile spots. So I proceeded to tell him there's no signs and he replied, "oh guessed they washed away." In my head I'm wondering how that is my fault and it should have notified you guys that there's a customer waiting in a mobile spot, should you guys be the one to check or notify me if I needed to be elsewhere? And whose bright idea was to print a paper sign and not laminate it, knowing it's raining? I get to speaker get into it with another lady who says my order is for breakfast and once again with an older lady whose like what did you order? Come to the 2nd window and then makes me repeat my order again. Over 30 minutes of fail for cold food and a backhanded have a nice day.    Read moreDefinitely one of the nicer McDonaldâs. Itâs very spacious, clean, and has extra features/amenities not usually found at most McDonaldâs. These include an automatic sliding door, fast drying Dyson hand dryers, and a changing table (in menâs room too). The only reason I took off a star was because the womenâs bathroom said out of order and so I tried asking the cashier about it because I needed to use the bathroom, but she seemed very unknowledgeable and unconcerned, and gave confusing answers. At one point when I asked âSo I can use the menâs restroom?â she simply said I donât know, and didnât try to find out the answer from another worker despite having 3 separate women there needing to go. So we decided to take it into our own hands and have one person watch the door to make sure no one goes in while one of us goes inside. Other than this issue, everything else was great. Both the inside and outside of the restaurant was kept clean. Even the menâs bathroom was very clean despite it being the menâs bathroom which we all know is usually worse than the Womenâs room lol.
