Wendy's — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

For your health do not eat here. I filed a complaint with the health department today. Can’t rate the food because I never got it! Paid for it but I was rushed out of the store while demanding my money back before they could make it again, I say again because they told me they accidentally gave the food to the wrong person. I waited for twenty minutes inside for a drive through order I had already paid for. Where was the food? They started rushing my food when I see them eating fries, running back and forth to the dining room to hang out with their friends in the corner. They see me waiting and ask “are you waiting for food?” And they get mad when I say yes what else would I be doing there????

THATS NOT THE WORST PART. They started rushing to package my chili(again why am I waiting twenty minutes for food that’s been cooked for hours???) AND THE CASHIER BARE HANDED the cheddar cheese and sprinkles his dirty little germy fingers all over my chili. I stopped them right there. I said I wanted a refund now before I hard barf on the counter. Disgusting dude, “what did I do?” One guy asks the other?

They all start yelling, they threaten to call the cops on ME. No way dude, I’m not getting shot at a Wendy’s because a bunch of teens wanted to flirt with their girlfriends in the lobby. I told them I’m calling the health department when they wouldn’t cancel my order.

I wish I could give it zero stars. The front register girl was probably brand new but she spoke at a whisper even after asking her 3 times to repeat herself. We showed patience and grace, even after being told they had no lettuce and finding their drink machine was out of almost every drink and the poor young gentleman behind the counter had to assist with my drink because the girl from before just didn't understand that the drinks were all out. We went to use the women's restroom before we left but the smell of sewer made us nearly vomit. We got out to the car only to discover my mothers burger was made wrong(literally had meat and a tomatoe since they were out of lettuce). I am extremely upset with this whole experience. The young guy behind the counter is the only person I can give props to. After we returned to get the burger exchanged, he was the one I saw servicing the drink machine. He was the one that spoke up and helped us. Everyone else seemed clueless or just wanted to stand behind the counter and watch what...

it's not too bad, but if you're dining in, the place is nearly a disaster from what you can expect in the area. the staff is completely oblivious to the sanitary conditions of the equipment. The drinks machine is always handled by some ill minded person's inability to wipe their fingers before refilling. the service is decent but the seating is hardly ever cleaned so be mindful while sitting down. However, on a slow day things are clean around tables and the counter but never and i mean never has the touch screen button on the drinks machine ever been...
