Don Pancho's Bakery — Restaurant in Santa Fe Springs

I walked in through clean doors, a very shiny floor, nice smelling bakery/restaurant . The ladies working were really happy helping their customers and delightful to ensure everyone was well attended. I bought several pieces of pan dulce, agua fresca de pepino y limón. Compré una torta de jamón que está Bien preparada con queso, aguacate , jalapeño, tomato. Los tamales son la Gloria, enserio. Son muy sabrosos; los de piña, elote, pollo. 😋 They sell cakes here and other food items. You'll leave with a smile and happiness. The bathroom is really clean and the tables in addition to the Chairs to feast are really comfortable. I feel so confident recommending this fabulous place to enjoy great tasting comida. There are tables and chairs outside of the restaurant to eat while enjoying a Pacific Coast sunset with fresh wind caressing your face. This is a great place, children...

Some of the ladies they are so rude they don’t no have to work with customers service there customer service is very rude but there’s also good employees working there I like to go there for the champurrado and Bolillo the Bolillo, it’s great. The only thing is I don’t understand why they have it behind the glass when they can have it by the sweetbread station so you can be able to get it your self a lot of the times I asked for Bolillo and they’re all burned and they don’t care just selling it to you like that and when you tell them to not give you burn bolillo they try to give you an attitude I hope the owner can read this common, so maybe he can do some changes because I really like to go there for the Champurrado and...

I went there this morning because I wanted some pan Dulce with my coffee. When I buy my bread this is old. It's real stale so i put in the microwave to soften it up but what a disappointment. Ive been coming here less and less because them women there don't make it welcoming LIKE YOUR IMPOSING AND I'M NOT A FLUENT SPANISH SPEAKER SO IT'S EVEN MORE AWKWARD! Oh well maybe Don requires a SPECIFIC TYPE because I have seen other customers and those women LIGHT UP LIKE CHRISTMAS TREES GIGGLING, BLUSHING OH YEA I REMEMBER EVEN ONE OF THEM GETTING A MAN'S BREAD FOR HIM....WOW REAL SPECIAL....
