As others have stated, they run out of food quite often or serve very tiny portions.
I went in about two weeks ago and tried to order a steak burrito bowl. The server looks down at his food items and says, “we are all out of steak. How about trying the carne asada?”. If I wanted carne asada, I would’ve ordered that right away instead of asking for steak. I asked, “when will the steak be ready?”. The server looked me kind of clueless then turns around to ask the cooks, “do you guys know when steak will be ready?”. They looked at the server with the same clueless look and tried to mumble something from their mouths. It appeared as if they didn’t want to cook any steak.
After noticing that their brains were on overload after trying to order a steak burrito bowl, I said, “I’ll try the carne asada”. It was an okay bowl, but, I wanted steak.
On 2/28/2020, I placed an online order. I picked it up and as soon as I opened the bowl at work, I noticed that they only served me half a bowl. I had to drive all the way back to Chipotle to have them make me a new bowl with the PROPER PORTIONS.
Needless to say, I’ll never return to Chipotle again. This store has been open for a few months and they still can’t get it right. They are very inconsistent and run out of food on a regular basis.

So they have cups, they just want you have to pay full price for water cup which I refuse to. 2)Also they are supposedly still waiting for a liquor license more than 3 years after opening which is complete bs as well, as I know of many other new restaurants that have opened with a beer license. 3)Poorly managed by the franchisee in my opinion, but unfortunately the only location in Santa Fe. I will be coming here less frequently from now on based on the no water without paying full price for a cup. 4) ALSO portions are getting skimpy and smaller at the same time prices have risen. 5)They employees all have an attitude which tells me the management and owner are terrible people for this business. 6)The owner/ manger don't give a s..t and tries to teach them how to skimp and charge for everything. CHIPOTLE Santa Fe, you are terrible. I wish the franchisee cared a little more about the business. Im reporting to corporate franchisor for not following standards set by corporate. Read moreWe have been ordering from this Chipotle for a while and initially the issue was that I would leave plenty of time for my order to be made, beyond what it said on the app, and still they would not start to make it until after I arrived. But, the main reason for the bad review is that we ordered two different vegan bowls and there was meat in both of them, big chunks of meat. I know the CEO said that meat alternatives are a passing fad, I guess sustainability has no long term potential, but to me eating animals is for old time conservatives and republicans, you can’t love animals and eat them, that is just twisted, and to me putting meat in vegan orders is worse than sloppy, especially because as of now there are 40000 people out there who have been bit by the lone star tick and are allergic to meat, if their negligence causes and allergic reaction, that’s a lawsuit, but I am a vegan athlete who just cares about the planet, my health and I would like the option of not eating my fellow earthlings, unfortunately Chipotle does not respect that, so they have...
