Ordered a sandwich on mobile order. Said it was ready at 734am got to window and the young women working didnāt acknowledge me standing there for 10 mins. Noted itās raining and cold. I told her I had a mobile order under Kendall which she immediately started looking at the drinks so I let her know if was a sandwich. Without looking she said someoneās working on it. They took care of three other customers that walked up after me with large drinks and food orders. After an additional 20 I had to get back in line since the lady didnāt want to acknowledge me and ask for my order to which I was told they donāt have it. She said this without looking to see if itās even in the system or not. I had to ask them to make me the sandwich. Almost 40 mins later finally leaving with the JUST A SANDWHICH.8:02am (A simple heat up sandwich). When I asked if I could get the managers card to which I was told the best they could do was for me to try calling tomorrow when āVaughnā might be in. When I got to the car the sandwhich was even defrosted all the way with the middle being cold. I get being busy but I feel this was really rude and improperly handled when I have proof of purchase on my phone and a very simple order. I wasnt being rude and was being patient. Iām extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I sat there for 2 whole songs and I noticed the sign to go to the window for further assistance. I said hello several times before pulling up to the window. This women went to hand me a drinks and I said those are not mine I actually need to order. And she rolled her eyes and very rude tone said " oh so you didn't order at the box ?" And as I was starting to explain why I pulled up she huffed and said " I can't here you " and then cut me off again and said " well what do you want ?" I ordered my first drink - again cuts me off and I repeat it. She turns to the crew and says " okay I need this on the fly ON THE FLY" I ordered my second one same deal. And then I tried to order a pup cup and she kept talking over me saying I don't know what your saying and tells me my total and snatched the card reader from my hand rolls her eyes because I obviously was not leaving a tip. She kept talking to the crew about how im the problem customer.
My coworkers always recommend this location , I honestly do not drink Starbucks but my family does and I drove out to treat them. That was beyond the worst experience ever.

He continued a conversation with the other associates while handing me my drinks, and never acknowledged me. He didnāt say one single word to me, just stared and listened to the staff. Then he immediately turned his back to continue his conversation even though I needed to ask him something. I had to raise my voice to get his attention and he still just looked at me without saying anything. The rest of the staff is usually really friendly and smiling. Iām not asking for special treatment, just consistency in the experience. If he was my boss, Iād be extremely unmotivated to come to work. This is the guy youāve chosen to pay the highest salary to and whoās supposed to be an example for everyone else? What a joke.
